I sent the following message last week, probably July 5th, but never received any response or even an acknowledgement of receipt so here it is again!
My issue is NOT with the restaurant but with the reduced salad bar options. I've visited a Ruby Tuesday in several states over the last 6 months. I am very disappointed about items removed: grilled broccoli, roasted corn, hummus, candied nuts (where they cashews?), cranberries, cheese crisp crackers, edamame and I've probably missed a few other things. They've been replaced by drab options like canned corn, raw broccoli, an apple/grape and possibly celery combo in a very watery dressing and a few other bland items and so is now reduced to your old salad bar! I have 3 gift cards and I can't get the friends who used to go with us to go anymore! I want to return the gift cards for my money back. You had about 2 good years with a great salad bar but now it is mediocre at best. I visited a Ruby Tuesday in March, May, June and just the other day in different states so the location didn't matter.
