RT21 Trading review: Vintage bike parts

Ordered some parts on approximately April 12, Sent a text on 4/19 & 4/20 requesting an ETA to ship. They replied on 4/20 stating "I am processing orders as fast as I can. I will get to them asap"
On 4/21 I ask them to let me know when they ship.
On 4/26 I ask for shipping status
On 4/28 $138.53 is taken by them from my Visa card
on 5/5 I again ask for shipping status
on 5/6 I state "no response?"
On 5/6 they respond "I'm busy. You already received a ship notification from when it was processed by email.
Give it time. All carriers are still whining they are overwhelmed or overworked or some [censored]"
on 5/10 I respond, if shipped what are the two tracking numbers (there were two orders). please help a customer out.
On 5/12 I send another message, WOW, no response
on 5/12 they respond "Dude, I'm a farmer. it is planting season, I have over 1200 acres to do"
I respond on 5/12, I do not care, need to focus on one thing. You probably should have not taken my money.
They respond, "Good. no mail order then. I will cancel and refund and you can go [censored] off"
On 5/17 I get an email from RT21 Trading that the orders have been cancelled.
As off 5/19 money has not been refunded.
