Royal Puppy Kennel review: breeding practice, false or misleading advertising, and location of business, puppy documents are no real 1

My family is embarrassed to say they we was over excited with adding a new family member and was caught up with how cute the puppy was and getting him home we didn't do our part until after things started to not add up and puppy was sick. Working in a field for over 10 years dealing with fraud I know there are a lot of scams and to do my homework before do business with any merchant I am not familiar with. With that being said I went with them because they was local so I didn't have to worry about a puppy being shipped and I could be close if there was anything I needed or so I could go in person rather than doing it all online. We started inquiring about a English Bulldog puppy in November, Cindy or Sandy I now am not sure if that's the same person or if that's not even a real name now that I am left questioning everything said they will have some ready in a couple weeks. Fast forward to January and I got a text asking if we was still interested and she sent 2 pictures and we was in love already just from pictures. The red flag that should have went off was she was than only concerned about how I was going to pay for the puppy, wasn't concerned about the home it was going to or who just how would I pay for it. They wantned a deposit which they tell you you will get back if you change mind once you see puppy, They lady than starts having her Husband trying to reassure you that they give back money and they just need the money to hold him and they also wantned some of the money up front before seeing the puppy. Well I know my family was waiting and we was set on getting a puppy and due to the pressure I felt I had to make a decision to pay without having a chance to discuss with hubby first so we wouldn't have to worry about the puppy going to someone that would pay. So since her husband assured me that if the puppy didn't work out once we saw him and got him home I would be refunded my money ..against my better judgement I paid. When I was setting up a time for my family to come see the puppy, again after I paid, was another red flag that should have gone off, the business is not at the address they list. I am only 10mins away in the same town and that address is not where they have any dogs or breeding done. I was told her mom live here she lives up north in Cottonwood and that's where they breeding is at. She said they was coming into town and they would bring puppy with them since I was down road I agreed since I thought they was down the road to begin with that was 1 of reasons why I went with them. Her mom's address is also not address where the business address is listed . On Google maps if you put in business address it takes you to a empty feild. Okay so when they get to her mom's house they are outside with the puppy. My family went and meet the little cutie and was immediately in love. We notice a little wheezing with the puppy and Cindy or Sandy still not sure now which one she real is or if a valid name at all said he wasn't wheezing until they got into town and keep reassuring it was from longer car ride which would be about 2 hours if they came from cottonwood, said puppy would be fine in a day and it was nothing to worry about. She asked if we wantned to take him or she could take him and I could get him after he wasn't wheezing. Since we was being a little selfish and didn't want to let him go we agreed to take him and before we agreed we confirmed they puppy had a health guarantee and we would have to worry about anything. both her and her husband assured us of the guartnee and showed us on paper theybmonth health guarantee and if we keep using the same company they use for vitamins they extend it to 12months. It was getting late and it was darkoutside so we just did a quick look at papers but didn't actually look at them till next am. Back to same night we took puppy home within 1 hour of taken him the wheezing turned into a terrible, chocking sounds, sounds like a cat coughing up a hair ball, and crying. Due to the time it was almost 10pm so the next morning I let them know they said they had to come back down to the lady's mom house that night and they would bringing some Prentice medication and papers they didn't have when we brought him home. They did bring some medicine her husband gave they puppy they medicine they brought down before they left. they said would help him and said he had Kennel cough but will be good in a day or two. That night the puppy was crying, and making the chocking and gagging on hairball sounds, worse than night before, the whole night and the next AM I reached out to the lady and her husband and let them know he was still not better and was sounding worse they said can take 21 days for puppy would be better and as long as he was eating and drinking he was fine. Yes the puppy would eat and drink water but during eating would have to stop and it would cough up some of food and was having a difficult time eating but they said it was normal and it looks and sounds worse than it is. I started asking again about the health certificate showing he was in good health and asked about the parents health again and they would dance around the question and keep saying we can take him back but he is going to be fine and will get better so that night which is no the 3rd night again puppy was up coughing coming and crying and could just tell he was miserable and uncomfortable and at this point we are not getting sleep as we are up watching and trying to keep him comfortable all day and night we took him to our vet since he was not seeming to show signs of improvement. I let them know we was going to vet. The vet said he did have a kennel cough but didn't know if more was going on without chest x-rays blood work and so I called and was wondering if they would pay for it since puppy was guarantee to be in good health. They said it was only kennel cough he would be fine and it's nothing serious. Agreed that most dogs that have kennel cough will recover just fine and it can take a couple weeks to fully recover since he wasn't showing any signs of improvement want to make sure it hasn't caused anything else or there wasn't a another illness that is also contributing and they said they would come get him but it would have to be later on. The vet told us to stop giving him the medicine they gave us to give him since it was not in a prescribed medicine bottle and had no label nothing to show name strength why or what it was for or prescribed to and gave us a new subscription of antibiotics and if not any better or showing any signs of improvement to come back but they wouldn't be able to do more without testing, we took him home. That night she said she wouldn't be able to get him that night like she early said she could but we could take him to them and I let her know that I don't drive and my hubby works 12 hour or more days he wouldn't be able to take him. Asked if they could meet halfway after my husband got off work and than she said they would come get him the next morning. So 4th night we are all loosing sleep tired and trying to keep puppy as comfortable as possible contacted them and now they said they can't make it and I was just overwhelmed and mad that puppy keeps my family up from his barking and to put the puppy somewhere that the barking wouldn't be heard. That's when it really hit me they don't have the puppies best interest in mind, and I told her the puppy doesn't really bark, barking is not what is keep us up.. it's the coughing chocking gaging and crying from puppy and just like if 1 of my kids was sick I wouldn't put them in a location and not help I would do that 2 a puppies that's 9 weeks old and is still adjusting to been taken from Mom and in new house..so puppy already was going thru new adjustment on top of being sick. I let her know that we paid her good money for a puppy that was to be in guaranteed good health and my family has no problem takening care of puppy or treating him for illness but we shouldn't have to even worry about that expense from day 1 as he should have never been sick. I asked her again where the certificate of health was and vet information that said he was in good health and she that had her husband say they can meet the next day halfway. And keep saying they don't refund..I never asked for a refuns. I only asked they give me the certificate of health and the vets information who said puppy was in good health the day before we got the puppy and wouldn't provide information. Since they couldn't provide any certificate of health and the paperwork they gave us for the puppy could have been for any dog nothing on it to show it was for this puppy my husband and I agreed to meet them since we are not even sure if the puppy is what we was promised and sold, and when we meet them that night we let them know again we just need the certificate of health, vets info and again we want the info on parents a
That we still haven't received. They took the puppy and they didn't want the medication that our vet gave. The lady husband said it was a low dose and they don't need it. I am so worried about that puppy and I didn't want to let him go back to them since I know he is not being cared for properly . The papers they gave for the AKC regstriation is not properly filled out..the shot record was all hand written was done by the. Not a vet and they didn't keep the info from shot bottle like you are suppose to if you choose to do the shot your self, there was nothing else and they keep saying the puppy was microchipled and he is not vet confirmed that. So since they couldn't give the certificate of of good health, no pictures or information on parents nor a address to where parents was, all papers they gave are just blank and could be for any dog or just printed off internet and keep worrying aout refund not puppy health and keep pushing back days to take him back I believe that they are a puppy broker puppy mill and after further research I found several different websites they use to sell puppies on clearly from different parents since they are not same age, they have alot of french bulldogs 11 Wells 9 weeks for sale all posted about same time..i found one website where they was selling the older dogs mainl females most likely because she they have already had enough liters. They adveriste as being a family owed business of over 20 years and there dogs bloodine champion qualitly there dogs are raised around family and that they are registered with American kennel club. Well I know that address they have listed is not a breedjng facility I been to address and it's a empty field behind a house that is not associated with them. They can't provide address of where they keep dogs and puppies. They say they microchip but unable to provide proof and no microchip number our vet confirmed wasn't microchipped, the puppy I know has kennel cough and may have other illnesses but need more test to find out, the shot records was hand written no [censored] labels or anythi g on it no vets info, no parent of pup information, lease me to believe that the puppy are keep some place that is not properly being taken care of and I am question if vaccinated properly because kennel cough is usually spread at places like shelters or strays who are not vaccinated or propertly cleaned and maintained. I take my blame in not doing my part on verifying and researching prior and this king they would provide the documents the forgot to bring when we got the puppy. I want to make sure that everyone that gets a puppy to make sure they have all the information and see and verify before paying them for a puppy that was not as expected and for people to know what is fully going o before they get puppy home and have the emotional and finical cost like my family did. This company needs to be shut down in my opion as nothing they provide checks out to be valid or true and I still not sure where they are holding puppies or how they get them but they are false advertising what they sale as they have yet to show anything that is verifiable with BBB, AKC, where the location of breeding facility is at, they can't show you parents in person, and in my case haven't got pictures. I asked for there breeding license number still haven't gotten that. When you pay for a dog that is healthy guaranteed and it's suppose to come from a bloodline that is a champion bloodline you should have a sick dog from day 1 and they should be able to give you the information when you ask for it, however it should all be available to see prior to getting puppy. They are good at seeking you a puppy and dancing around questions about the health but once you start questioning and depending to see the documents you was promised they are very hard to work with. This is not a business that should be misleading customers and selling puppies for 2k to 4k a puppy and say they puppies are AKC and from bloodlines of champions if they can't show it or have anything to prove they are shouldn't be allowed to sell or false advertising the puppies. From all the complaint I found alot of the same or similar type stories and I just wish I did the research prior. This is not something anyone buying a puppy should have to go thru. 1 more thing that leads me to believe they may be a puppy mill is they are willing to go lower on amount they are wanting for puppy if you pay puppy in cash but if you want to do half cash or half financing they want more which is sketchy and I see there are people saying they tell customers they will get puppies papers once they are paid if they make arrangements to pay with post dated checks and then they still don't get papers so I would like to know who I am really or was dealing with as nothing I can find has a valid address or business with the names they have no breeding license they can show or give number and only a couple reviews that are good vs the dozens of negative ones. I am attaching picture showing other webistes of puppies and adults they have adveristed showing they all claim to be in good healther with docs to show and that they are using many different dogs to breed with they said they only breed and raise English and French bulldogs however in 1 picture I found they have a different dog breed in pictures so now wondering if puppies are purebred since I haven't seen 1 person that can say they have see the business and can see parents of puppies they bought. I have many text messages showing they say 1 thing like how puppy will be fine they understand they will help puppy and than turn and say it's not a big deal they don't take refunds they try to change what they mean with the health gaurntee. I am able to provide if needed
