Royal Jewelers review: Breaking my hand watch

On 11/18/2022 I went with my 10 months baby to the royal jewelers' shop to repair my Technomarine white watch. I provided it to the owner, but he suddenly disappeared for 10 minutes, when he came back started to complain that the pieces inside the watch can't be stuck, however, he can replace the battery, and that's it. After he replaced the battery, I realized that the white strap of my watch was broken. I complained about it, but instead of replacing it, he got angry, took the battery out, and in the end detached those clockwork needles.

This watch has sentimental significance, was a gift from my husband...
