Route Car Rental review: Horrible customer service

I rented a car through Travelocity and the booking said that the Car was at the Miami Airport. I called to confirm with the company and they said they were at the airport and would accept my flight ticket back since I don't have a major credit card. Took a taxi to the place and it is no where near the airport and was told I am not able to pick up my car without a major credit card despite confirming on the phone. I left with no car and had to pay $700 for a car at a reputable car company. I tried to call Routes Rental (next car) Car in Miami and was hung up on numerous times. This place is a scam and I don't want anyone else to experience what I have done. This place needs to be shut down
