I Zerum J. Hopper went into this Furniture store in Florence, SC ROOMS R US 131 Pamplico Highway Florence, SC 29505, and just recently found out that they just opened another store in the Magnolia Mall. I went into the store to purchase a set of G SERIES COOLING GEL FOAM KING SIZE MATTRESSES, AND this establishment sent me a total different set of mattresses identical but not the same product that they have on display. I went to civil court about the situation with the mattresses and that JUDGE WHITE AT THE FLORENCE MAGISTRATE COURT tells me there is no way he could prove that ROOMS R US were responsible for shipping me the wrong items that my wife and I went into the store looked at layed on the mattresses and when they shipped them to my home they were not what we looked at in the store on 7/10/2012. We were lead to believe that these mattresses were 20 yr. mattresses and that was a lie. Then after paying for them we get the receipt and at the bottom of the receipt it reads Customer understand that it is the policy of ROOMS R US THAT: ALL SALES FINAL ! NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS ! EVEN IF THEY SHIP YOU ANOTHER PRODUCT YOUR SCREWED ! STORE MANAGER TONY MCKLVEEN AT ROOMS R US THEY ARE SCAMS!!! AND YES I WAS SCAMMED BY THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS FOR $2, 158.92 for a set of mattresses instead of cooling gel foam, I received a set of mattresses with carpet foam instead of cooling gel foam mattresses. BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT THEIR SCAM ARTIST. THEY DONT MAKE THE PRODUCT THEY JUST DISPLAY ONE ITEM AND SHIPPING OUT A LOOK ALIKE BUT ITS NOT WHAT YOUR SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON !!! AND IF YOU DON’T BELIEVE IT SHOP THERE. THE COMPANY THAT THEY ARE SAYING WHO MANUFACTURED THE PRODUCT IS CAROLINA MATTRESS GUILD, THEIR LOCATED AT 385 North Drive & Business 85 Thomasville, NC 27360 . I tried reaching out to the manufacture and they never returned my calls !! THE WARRANTY PROGRAM MAKES NO SENSE A PIECE OF PAPER WITH A BUNCH OF JIBBER, MALARKY, BS!!! THE MANAGER TELLS ME TO KEEP THE MATTRESSES FOR 10 YRS. AND THEN BRING THEM BACK AND THEY WILL REPLACE THEM . AND I ask the sales person would these mattresses have body impressions she assured of that, it would not happen and as soon as I finally got the manager to fax me a copy of warranty information the first thing I read was Body impressions are normal and should be expected !

    Why don't all of these complaints go to the Media? My Sister-in-law had such a problem with them also, the bedroom suite she purchased was damaged and they sent 2 of them which she refused. And they try to intimidate her into taking them and she stil refused, the finance dept. Said they couldn't help her, she would have to deal with the manager, and he refuses to remove the charges for the bedroom suite
