I bought this dog for $2800, he was suppose to be healthy no problems. He arrived a few weeks after payment was received. Upon arrival he was filthy, his nails had not been clipped in a long while & he was scared. He was scared of human contact not from new surroundings. He cannot hear, see well nor is he happy and plays like a 1 year old should.
Brought to the vet for a post purchase exam 3 days after arrival, the vet stated he had a thin body condition. (English bulldogs are not suppose to be thin!) He was congested & had a 2-3 heart murmur. Both of his eyes have corneal edema & scarring with entropion of both bottom eyelids & the vet suspects surgery had been done on the top eyelids (I was not told about any surgeries). He has severe systemic dermatitis of alopecia on face & legs, with multiple pustules. Round & hook worm eggs were on fecal. Semen was collected and had excessive dead cells not adequate for breeding. Mange is also suppected.

has entropion, a heart murmur, skin problems, two different types of worms & a week prior to being shipped had eye surgery for cherry eyes. This dog had medicines that were not sent until I told Mr. Silvera from Peach State Bulldogs aka Buff-n-Tuff Bullies what the veterinarian had found. The issues this dog has I should of been made well aware of each and every one of them prior to his purchase. I am responsible for his surgeries as I paid for a healthy dog, this dog is NOT healthy. I would like to have a refund I do not feel is too much to ask, as I was not given the choice from the beginning to decide on whether or not I wanted to deal with his situations. Mr. Silvera you and your vet took that option away.
Gwinnett Animal Clinic in Lawrenceville, Ga. veterinarian Melissa Fant DVM needs to be turned in to the Veterinarian Medical Board. SHAME on all of you for not taking better care of this dog. This was just plain animal cruelty and neglect on both you Mr. Ronald Silvera & Dr. Melissa Fant DVM with the Gwinnett Animal Clinic, in Georgia as far as I am concerned.
ie: Reputable breeders & honest people do not have several names for their website, along with posting they belong to BCA (Bulldog Club of America) if they DO NOT and you sir DO NOT!

When I contacted Ronald Silvera at Peach State Bulldogs aka Buff n tuff bullies and explained what my vet had stated after the exam, (I also received a letter that I sent to Ronald Silvera from the vet). I explained the dog needed eye surgery and medicine, Ronald Silvera rattled of medicines that he would use for the dog and that I needed a new vet because mine was charging to much and didn't know what he was talking about. (I am still waiting on the medicines and the check he is saying is in the mail... which from $250 has gone to him sending $500, but no $$ has beeen sent). I had spoken to him a few times on the phone, but e-mail beccame the easiest way to get in touch with him as he will not take my calls anymore.

Your vet prices are very high.my vet can do the same surgery on both eyes around $350.anyway I can help you paying for half of the surgery cost at your vet.I can send you a check for $250 tomorrow.I'm will do it just to help b-dog. he didn't have entropion when I send him to you look on the health certificate that my vet gave me before I shipped him to you.you can look around and read every bulldog breeder sales contract and you will notice noone will pay you anything if your bulldog develops cherry eye, entropion, elongated soft palate, loose hips and knees, undescended testicles, mange, demodex corneal ulcers etc.all this issues are unfortunately common with the bulldog breed and every bulldog will develop any of this issues at some point in their life time.even if you buy a puppy today and tomorrow he develops cheery eye wich hapenned to me a few times in the past I will be responsible for fixing it.not the breeder.I'm sorry that he developed entropion soon after you got him.
Before I had the dog shipped. I supposley had gotten current photos and a current video of this dog prior to purchase, everything looked just fine. I just could not travel to Georgia for pick up. He kept atating multiple of people wanted to get this dog and he was healthy with NO problems at all...Because I could not pick him up I asked many questions and asked for many current photos. We had decided to get this dog as he was older and our 9 year old English Bulldog had passed, we were trying to fill the void the family had. We were not trying to fill our other dog's place, just the void in our hearts and Ronald Silvera took that and twisted and turned everything around for profit and monerity gain, as of now we have been told that the original breeder had a contract with Ronald Silvera that the dog was to be given back to him and never sold nor relocated.
Since this posting the dog in question died from heart problems an autospy has been done on this dog and Mr. Silvera should rot for not taking better care of one of Gods creatures!
Mr. Silvera this above posting is an utmost LIE! It was not 2 months after I received the dog it was 3 days and you know it! My vet found numerous problems during his visit for a post purchase exam prior to letting him on our property. Just looking at him we were not sure wether or not to let him around our other dogs, so he went to the vet at the first appointment we could get. Everyone in the bulldog world also knows that a dog does not acquire a heart murmur, demodex and all the other problems upon arrival to a new home. Before you spout off your venom then you should read what is posted first. Just to recap:

I know about bulldogs and I also know that a health certificate is for communicable diseases also if a fever present, not heart murmurs and such! Don't forget this dog was bought as a HEALTHY DOG, REMEMBER! I have not sent you any inappropriate e-mails. I just feel that after sending someone $2800 along with $500 shipping I expect to receive a dog that will live over a few months and not have to bring him to the vet for so many different problems upon arrival to watch him suffer. You are the problem to people being scarred to purchase over the internet! You are a disgrace to be called a Pet Owner!
I do not know this other person "Jamie Lopez", but after reading the above I am sure you sold him a dog with problems also. I will get in touch with him and the others we are working on a class action suit as now we have several people that you have sold problem dogs too. I am more upset at the way you treat the dogs, I'm a big girl and can deal with you, but innocent animals all I can say again is SHAME ON YOU!
PS. Do you want me to post the other pictures (this is not a threat it's just the truth) The pictures I told you about when he was so swollen up from the heart murmur and couldn't even go outside to potty? Remember I called you and explained that I was having to pick him up to bring him out to pee. REMEMER you laughed at the thought of him being picked up... You also said this is normal problems with bulldogs!
I guess you were right with something, I don't know about bulldogs that are unhealthy with so many problems: heart murmurs, demodex, dermatitis of alopecia, pustules, mange, congestion, eye problems, underweight, (edema & entropion top & bottom both eyes), deft, full of worms, bad semen, scarred & unhappy. I don't think I have ever even heard of a bulldog being unhappy in my 20 years with owning them. I have never had one unhappy, with so many problems all with one dog at the same time and that's such a shame!
You need to fix this problem! OH and by the way I did not do all the things you stated above, but Thank You for letting me know who to contact because now I will!

They have been sending me inappropriate messages and threatening me about how they are going to inform everybody know that I'm a scammer and that I raise unhealthy bulldogs. 2 months after I sold Mrs Laura Bell a 12 month old male bulldog, she contacted me demanding a partial refund supposedly because her male bulldog that I sold her developed entropian on the eyes and skin problems (demodex). we all know as bulldog breeders those issues are common among the bulldog breed and are treatable. Mrs Laura Bell was not familiar with the bulldog breed which she lied to me about and said that she was when I sold her my boy. She immediately threatened me with calling the BCA and saying that she was ripped-off by me.She also threatened to sue my vet, sue me, call the Akc about the situation, callthe department of agriculture, animal control etc. All of these things she did. I tried helping her by offering her some money for the eye surgery and skin problems, eventhough it was not my responsibility. The dog was sold "as is" with no health warranty only because he was a grown male 1 year old. My vet warranted a clean health certificate at the time of sale. When I offered my help with some money she immediately tried getting more money out of me and started threatening that she worked for a lawyer and that I needed to send her more money. We could not reach an agreement and this is how all of the problems started. Now almost 7 months later since I sold her my boy, she is stating that her boy died, supposedly for all of the health issues the dog had. From the pictures that I have seen of the dog, it seems as though he was kept outside and was not getting the care and attention bulldogs demand. She is now demanding a full refund for what she paid for the dog or she is going to continue slandering my name and tell everyone I sell unhealthy dogs. Please, if you see or read something about me and my dogs please don't believe it. She is lying and the people out there that know me as a person and as a bulldog lover know I would never do anything like that. To all you breeders out there, please be extremely careful who you sell your dogs to. You definitely do not want your bulldog to end up with a psycho person like this lady...i actually feel sorry for selling the dog to such an insane being. She has been calling me and emailing me with threats and harrasments for the past 5 months on a weekly basis. I even had to bring my website down only because I do not want people to see all of her false complaints and slander. Unfortunately there are a lot of people out there that believe everything they read even without knowing what is the truth. I am praying that that is not you!
