The absolute WORST company! Save your money and time and shop somewhere else. I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed my order, because I never would have if that were the case. This company is ran by one guy "supossedly". He won't respond to emails or return phone calls for weeks or even months, if your lucky. Requested a refund after 3 and a half weeks went by of multiple emails and voice messages left, and finally he responds just to tell me he doesn't do refunds. Policies on the website don't match up to how he runs the business. And after all that, I still never even got the refund. I had to file a claim against him through the payment processing company and THEY refunded my money. THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! They're doing nothing but scams and frauds.

This guy is an idiot! Shouldn't even have a business! This guy didn't even end up giving me the refund in the end. He fell off the face of the earth, and once again stopped answering emails, so I had to go out of my way to file a claim through the company that handles the credit card tranactions. I could go back and forth about this all day, but I have better things to do with my time, so for everybody reading this out there... i'll let you decide for yourself. Just google the name of his company before you make a purchase, and you'll understand after you read all the other reviews that people have posted. Nothing but bad reviews! It's a shame they let people like this scam consumers, and there's really nothing we can do about it, besides warn people through these stupid blogs. So if you choose to still order from this company, good luck to you.

Do not believe the post above as it is incorrect in it's assumptions, firstly I do state I do not rush orders, it clearly stated that and this person knows on average 3-5 weeks for an order to arrive but due to stock issues or payout issues, you can see an order take time. I receive tons of emails and calls a day and many times I have to spend working on orders instead of customer service, it happens but does not mean anything. If you want to email me you can but to do so when you know you order is coming soon and is still within the time frame is not necessary. If the deadline comes and goes then try and if after 3 weeks there is no reason for you to be mean and chargeback you made the choice to await the order, so wait for it. If you wanted a rush order do not order. I can not rush orders, I am not a large corporation and if you feel hurting a small company with false words as above makes it important for you, you should seek to be a better person. Here is a customer who made an order and could not stick with an order, when you knew it was still coming. I can't be refunding orders because you wanted it rushed when I do not do that. It is a shame I can't but that is not the reason for asking for a refund. Now if I can not get it, stock issues or discontinued or it is an emergency then I can refund the order. Simply ordering then changing your mind is not a reason, you made a commitment so it is simple await the order. If the back end does not help you see you order as not shipped, why email and call tons of times when you know an order can still be on it's way. So the post above is false, do not believe the statements, if she had awaited like everyone else who orders out of country she would have realized orders take time. So go ahead and order and remember I do not rush orders and when it has not arrived yet, just wait and please do not make up false stories like the one above.
