Rogers Jewelers review: Junk jewelery 1

I purchased a ring at the Rogers Jewelers in Louisville, Kentucky at the St. Matthews Mall. I total understand that this was a closing store and there are no returns but under the circumstances this is not a case of me not liking the ring or even having one problem with the ring. I purchased the ring in November of 2009. Out of the 9 months I have owned the ring, I may have received 2 or three months use of the ring. The rings have small diamonds set in a Square and they keep falling out. The first three times it fell out it was the same diamond and Rogers did fix it but enough is enough. Another diamond fell out about three weeks ago and I have not been able to travel to Florence Kentucky (the nearest Rogers Jeweler) because it takes me two hours one way. I just want my money back at this point. The ring must have been of poor quality or the diamonds would not keep falling out. I work at an office job and not anything that could cause damage to the ring. I spoke to someone at the [protected] number and they told me they would fix it AGAIN. Each time they fix the ring it takes months because of the type of ring (Floating Set) they have to send it to California to a corporate repair center. I have been through it with this ring and it has brought me nothing but a headache and heartache. My husband and I are normal working people and we have to work a long time to save up $600.00. He is a Construction Manager and I work for a Non-Profit Agency feeding and taking care of the low income population in my hometown. We should not have to go through this type of mess to get something replaced that obviously was of poor quality to start with.

Very similar experience. Even had it recasted twice each with same results. And returning it is a satisfactory manner isn't possible
