Risng Tide Physical Therapy review: Physical therapy

I visited Risng Tide Physical Therapy at 109 Laurel Road East in Nokomis Florida 34275 on August 31, 2022. The Assistant was for the Physical Therapist was at the front desk where the payments were processed. I have visited Rising Tide twice, I have not met anyone in billing. The Assistant accused me of calling him a liar after he said I had not paid for an appointment on August 23, 2022. The Assistant said the Physical Thereapist was not in the office. The Assistant should not be in the office alone. Also, the Assistant should no be conduting billing. Furthermore, Risng Tide Physical Therapy takes cash only. I contacted Florida Blue and they contacted Rising Tide Physical Therapy to verify. I have attached the appointment sheet I received on the 23rd of August as well as the receipt form the 31st of August for the visit on the 25th of August. I would like to be credited and compensated.
