Rise Assoc Management Group is hired to manage Leman Townhome Inc. This company don't make good choices on how to handle problems. What they are doing is relying on two board members to run what Rise Assoc Management Group is getting paid to do! I have reported so many issues to Rise Assoc Management Group in the past three years since I purchased a condo unit as an investment property for profits. I have a Mold and Safety issues at this time. Rise Assoc Management Group don't know how to manage this property.

Desired outcome: I'm hoping to get Rise Assoc Manage Group replaced and I'm hoping that we select new board members that's knows business and not just a property owner that knows nothing about running a successful business.
