RIck's Cabaret review: Fraud, over charging credit card tabs, and bouncers are out of control.

This club is run by a bunch of scammers who overcharge and do multiple tabs on your credit cards. Then the bouncers tell people they are too drunk to drive and threaten them, but volunteer to get them a cab. But the cabs are not real. The cabs are private individuals who have a deal with the owners or bouncers. Totally illegal.
