Richard Ninuas is a stone cold liar. We worked for Richard as a subcontractor on several projects thru a 2 year period. Richard got us to extend him the most amount of credit to date. Coquitlum BC
Richard have always paid his bills prior althought he often play games when payments were due. To date he paid in full. Once he knew we would not continue to work for him as we were moving on to our own projects. He requested the most amount of credit. When the projects were completed and we requested our recieveables be cleared.
He said he would be keeping all of our proceeds and that he had planned it through dishonest paper filing. Its our view Richard Ninuas is a very calculating and manipulitive theif. He is definately not recommended to to business with if your counting on recieveing your money after you work is done. Richard Ninuas often hides his identity and will not want pictures taken of him.
Richard Ninuas primarily does civil work although he might be losing bonding after these allegations. He is 6ft tall bald with a clump of blonde hair coming from the middle of his head. He drives large trucks which he feels as status. If you know of any of his other alleged cons please report them to authorites as we have.
