Medical aid claims sent via EDI was accepted on your side. Faxed claims again in 6/1/11 Ref. [protected].
Patients are: Mr JA Pretorious member no 1006185
Mrs DG Bloem mem. no. 2890840
Mr. B Jacobs mem. no. [protected]
Mr. Paul Roos mem. no.[protected]
All of the above patients were in the Montana Private Hospital.
Please could you look into the matter as urgent as I was told the claims are stale, but our EDI transmission log reflects that it was accepted, the above mentioned was faxed to [protected] ref. no. [protected].
As a physiotherapist myself and not a patient lodging a complaint, (practice no. 7217013) the complaint was against Liberty who stated that the 4 claims that were sent to Liberty were stale. That after I attached the EDI transmission log for all 4 claims, which was faxed through to Liberty plus the ref. no. was included. I therefore wish SOMEBODY would be able to help as I am not getting any satisfaction from the consultants whom I contacted icw the complaints. I am told claims are stale and they do not even bother to look at the transmission log faxed.
First patient: Mr Paul Roos member no. [protected]. Treatment dates- 3/7/2010 till 5/7/2010.
2. Mnr JA Pretorius member no. 1006185. Treatment dates 2/7/2010 till 12/7/2010.
3. Mev. DG Bloem member no. [protected]. Treatment dates 01/8/2010 till 04/08/2010.
4. Mnr B Jacobs member no. [protected] dependant no.01. Treatment dates 04/08/2010 till 8//8/2010.
I am still waiting for a reply on my request sent yesterday 7/2/2011
IS THERE ANYBODY AT LIBERTY MEDICAL SCHEME WHO WANTS TO WORK. IS THERE ANYBODY CAPABLE OF EVEN UNDERSTANDING THE COMPLAINT SENT IN TO LIBERTY MEDICAL SCHEME. IS THERE ANYBODY AT ALL EVEN LOOKING AT THE COMPLAINT. PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! could somebody help.
