With my contract I was told I would get a month free My November usage I called rhythm and verified which month would I have no bill i was told twice by the reps Dec 2nd bill. Well that was wrong so the next told me to pay the Dec bill and the credit would be given then He even emailed me this I paid the bill although it was late because I had to scrape together money since I thought the Dec bill was paid with credit. Now I am being told I have to pay the bill that is not even due yet to get credit. They are not doing what contract states
