RGIS reviews and complaints
not paid wages & unprofessional
I have been subject to it all working with this company. When you start working with Rgis you are only hired during busy seasons. If you want to drive you will only drive if nobody else wants to or to many favorities have OVER TIME. Trust no one when it comes to clock in & clock out. Know this for every minute you are missing out of you time someone else can have it added! I found out the hard way! I was missing travel time hrs but someone else was getting good/better checks but we worked same stores! Read between the lines. Don't be afraid to get a lawyer and do what u need to do. Legal consultation is free. Know your rights.. At will to work work state does not mean nic picking minutes from my time. Hooking up yo home boys or home girls..
Inventory
Dist #322 in Stockbridge, GA has the most unprofessional drug users I have ever seen. The lead manager has no teeth and said she was leaving work to drink and left it on the supervisor. The drivers have been seen drinking and buying alcohol and drugs in company van. The employees are treated mean, I had inventory at a store and witnessed employees get no breaks, yelled at to count faster, and insulted. This has been a common practice observed by my colleague's as well in the Buckhead and Atlantic Station stores. It has been reported before many times on many sites and nothing seems to change. Beware, do not apply to work with this company. Report them if you can!

Not on schedule/no explanation
I started working for RGIS the end of 2014. I had only been working on the job two assignments. The third assignment was far from the office so we all "van pooled". After being at the location for about 20 minutes this man comes through the store SCREAMING that someone had made an "error" counting the dresses. After pulling the slip from the rack it was my initials, I spoke up saying I was the person who signed the ticket only to be humiliated in front of EVERYONE. I was pulled off the sales floor & clocked out. I had to call my husband to drive 45 minutes to pick me up from the job site. The next few assignments went well, then all the sudden on the day the schedules were to be emailed, I never received a schedule. I tried calling I even went to the local Mesquite office & was told that the only one that could handle complaints or concerns on schedules was the scheduler who I had never even met. I needed a job at the time & I still need the job, just don't need the question in my mind if the job is secure. Can you please assist me with getting to the bottom of the situation so that I can continue with my employment. Thanks, -S. Hamilton Mesquite TX
Piss poor working environment. Mass labor law violations.
Where to begin I feel like everyday on this job is some kind of adventure that leaves me feel anxious and stressed to the point of no return. I'll just go with the last day I worked last week. Three of us at Dist 354 worked 2 Walmarts in one night with a travel of an hour and a half in between stores, the meet time was 6 pm. Got to first store around 7:30pm, we got done with the first store around 9:30 pm, (also to give you an idea of their time estimation, they said we should be starting the second one at 9) got to the next by 11 and finished it by 1 am. After we were done though, I had to stand there and wait for the Team Leader to transmit data to the laptop. Stand in the back room of a Wal Mart at 1pm, no food breaks, no stops, at this point last time I ate was 5pm, but that's fine (or so I thought) because we were leaving real soon. Well here's where it went bad, for some reason the memory stick wasn't transferring any of the data off of my machine, this RGIS "team leader" stood in the back room fumbling with the computer and calling some type of help line, not letting me know what was going on at all, for 40 minutes (mind you I still had an hour and a half drive home after this) he turns to me and says, ever so nonchalantly, "you have to re-scan everything again", not "I'm sorry", not "I'll do it or help you out, not "forget this, I've kept you standing and waiting for almost an hour extra doing absolutely nothing now let's head back and I'll just figure it out" NO just basically "hey you know what you just spent almost 2 hours doing? go re-do it all over again". I damn near almost lost my head right there and had I had my own car and not been 90+ minutes away from home I would've just left on my own right then and there, so after losing my cool for a minute or so, because of being accused of this being my fault and that I was the one who messed up (when I clearly know that I did everything by the book because it was only 3 buttons that I had to hit) by the "team leader". By this point (after cooling my head and apologizing for my outburst) I tried to start scanning things into my machine again, 10 minutes later. The RGIS team leader comes running out of the back room saying that he got the memory stick to work randomly and we can go home, (finally at 2:15-2:30) noted still no apologies, no explanations or anything (which makes me believe the entire hold up was his fault instead of mine) even after I apologized for flipping out, before he even said anything about the stick working. So there I was I felt taken advantage of, held hostage a little, completely devalued and depreciated as a person all because the RGIS equipment is faulty and the management I deal with at 354 is very cold and highly unprofessional. Also I have had to message them multiple times, almost like pulling teeth, to get the next weeks schedule for the last 4 weeks and now they throw me on for times that are outside my availability. On top of all I NEVER get paid for all of my travel time. (and yes I am aware of the first and last half hour not counting) I will have 4-5 hours of travel on average a shift and I will be lucky to get paid for one full hour.
Not only all of that but I am aware of the blatant discrimination tactics to lower the APH of people that they don't like which in turn f**** the money they get and I have even seen some get sent home than complain to me the next day that they were purposely put in a bad area. At first I thought people were being delusional and over exaggerating, but I watched it happen multiple times and than I come online and read about it everywhere. This company sucks and it needs to shape up or ship the f*** out, who's with me here?
Now I have literally just sent a form of this rant/ complaint/ horrible experience, to their HR and Public/Media relations offices with a tiny threat of taking further legal action. But I can't say I am 100 % confident right now as I have learned that the RGIS Bruce Barkus is the former CEO of Family Dollar, GNC and Ulta, and in every instance, lawsuits followed him out of his career. So I can only try and pull as many ### RGIS violations and stories together as I possibly can I want all the ammo I can get, so if your're reading this and you have more ammo for me/ us to use against this horribly corrupt company let it flow and let me know.
wages earned but not paid
I am a former employee of Rgis Hawaii Division, from back in [protected]. Some time after leaving the company, I received an email informing me that a class action lawsuit had been filed against RGIS, by a number of employees, accusing the company of incorrect paying of wages to employees, between [protected], I believe. Anyway, this law suit directly affected a lot of Rgis Hawaii Division employees that were working full-time hours/schedules between 05-07, including myself; BUT, hours worked but not paid were only those that took place on one of the outer islands ( Hawaii, Maui, Kauai ). To me, this meant, any full time employee working at RGIS between [protected], AND, during that time, the employee earned wages for hours worked at an off-island inventory, then that employee could be included in the suit, pending more exact information such as specific day(s), time(s), location of count, etc... and the employee wants to be included. I was instructed to reply and such, and so I did. About a year later another email came informing me that an agreement was in place a monetary award amount needed to be set. I think it said that the monetary determination was scheduled in Feb 2011 ( i think... could be mistakenwith the date ). I figured when the time came, I would be contacted with whatever information, concerning the case. However; that was the last email that I recieved right up to today, and I just assumed it came and went. I mean maybe my total hours weren't enough or too many? I just assumed that I
didn't have any type of monetary award coming to me.
Eventually, I decided on college, enrolling in 2010. When I did this I filed for unemployment benefits and was found eligible for benefits.
Which finally brings me to the main reason for this complaint. As of 03/25/12, my benefits have been placed on hold pending an audit of my account records because between July-Oct of 2011, a check was issued to me for $59.? by RGIS for wages. This is according to the State of Hawaii Unemployment Insurance Office employee that I spoke today; 04/03/12. Thus the reason for my unemployment check being held back, pending the departments investigation explaining theses funds--which; of course; were never reported by me when filing my claims.
I'd truly like to know exactly what the check was for and more importantly; why I have never received the check either .RGIS is reporting money they said they paid me, via check, but was never received by me and because it wasn't something I reported, the unemployment office must conduct an audit to figure out what this money is. Once done, a decision will be made concerning my benefits being restored or not. It is unknown how long it will take for this audit.
This is by no means acceptable to me, not to mention completely unfair, unexpected, and i would like to request that this situation be recitified immediately; as to the unemployment benefits are my only source of income while still in college. Right now I have NO income to save my neck and school F/T + an internship leaves me with barely enough time for studying and homework. There is no way I can go to classes, intern, and work F/T; at the same time.
I don't know who to talk to about this or what my options, if any, are. Please help me reach a solution, get some dam answers, my UI checks would be lovely...Something!
I will be awaiting your very timely response, and will contact you if none is received by Sunday, April 8, 2012.
There must be some kind of legal recourse for me...I may become homeless tomorrow?>?
Contact me at: [protected] or [protected] or [protected]@yahoo.com
maybe you can contact our local unemployment office and straighten out this mess.
Thank You,

UNPROFESSIONALISM
Well I work in district 460 out of greensboro, nc. And you are absolutely correct on how they do things at RGIS. Its just absolutely unbelievable. I am what they classify as a TOP GUN. But they pulled a fast one on me, and reduced my all ready pitiful salary to expert level, without giving me any type of warning, written or oral. So I reported them to the Human Resources Dept. Well they finally returned my hourly wage back to $11 per hour, instead of the expert wage of $9.50. So the hours I would have made at $11 an hour, I was making at $9.50 instead. And some employees, they make sure they stay at TOP GUN level and others, they just seem to jerk around. And they do stupid stuff like leave employees without transportation to stores a lot of times, So they are just sitting at the meet spot waiting for hours. And for some reason, they try to blame employees for their screw ups. Its just ridiculous, and entertaining at the same time. Its like the blind leading the handicapped, so to speak. Now I see why they have minimal/non existent hiring qualifications.
I was hired and attended a 3-hour training session in Tulsa, OK. The trainer was rude and condescending. Three hours training was just not enough time to know how to work a piece of equipment I've never seen before . I felt I could not go to my first job assignment being confident with my equipment and the procedures . The trainer made it clear she did not want to repeat anything. She talks down to me like I was a child when I asked her to clarify some things . Definitely not the job for me !
I totally agree with complaints. I currently work with them now I'm finding there work ethics a little contradictory and not accurate . There machines dub your actual put it to you this way I took every count and wrote is done as i was writing it on my area ticket----my machine read 1302 I only worked 4 hrs. my count was actually 8009 which IPH divided by my count compared to there machine was totally off . It don't matter what all happens in a hour---SKU checks---Machine malfunctioning---Time from on area to next ETC... Still if you divide hours of work by count there machine said 1302 IPH 4hrs. divided by 8009 is 2002.25 actual count per hour. Somethings not right with this picture
This job is absolutely horrible we worked 2 Walmarts in one night with a travel of an hour and a half in between stores, the meet time was 6 pm. Got to first store around 7:30pm, we got done with the first store around 9:30 pm, (also to give you an idea of their time estimation, they said we should be starting the second one at 9) got to the next by 11 and finished it by 1 am. After we were done though I had to stand there and wait for the Team Leader to transmit data to the laptop, no big deal right. You stand in the back room of a Wal Mart at 1pm, no luch breaks, no stops at this point, last time I ate was 5pm by this point. Well here's where it went from bad to so much worse, for some reason the memory stick wasn't transferring any of the data off of my machine, this RGIS "team leader" stood in the back room ###ing with the computer not letting me know what was going on at all, letting me stand there like a ###ing ### for 40 minutes (mind you I still had an hour and a half drive home after this bs as well) he turns to me and says, ever so non chalantly, "you have to re-scan everything again", not "I'm sorry", not "I'll do it or help you out, not "forget this crap I've kept you standing and waiting for almost an hour extra now let's head back and I'll just figure it out" NO just basically "hey you know what you just spent almost 2 hours doing? go ###ing re-do it all again". I damn near almost lost my head right there and had I had my own car and not been 90+ minutes away from home I would've just left on my own right then and there, so after I flipped out for a good 10 minutes because of being accused of this being my fault by the wonderful "team leader". By this point (after cooling my head only slightly) I tried to start scanning things into my machine again but I am so stressed I can't focus on crap, so I literally kinda just stood there looking at things for 10 minutes, after that the RGIS team leader comes running out saying that he got the memory stick to work randomly and we can go home, (finally at 2:15-2:30) noted still no apologies or anything even after I apologized for flipping out, before he even said anything about the stick working. So there I was felt taken advantage of held hostage a little and completely devalued and depreciated as a person all because the RGIS equipment sucks fat ### and anyone that works there with any type of management is a cold shell of a horrible person who has no emotion, apathy or understanding of simple common sense (usually in my case over 100 pounds overweight) .
You said it so right. I work for RGIS also. No communication, no knowledge of anything, people get different meet times and grey shirts think they are the ###. They like to change up times on us and not let the A.M. running the stores know, just make him think HE messed up. It is a big joke. Our first 2 hours of travel, or our first hour and last hour, are free. Should be illegal. IF I am up, in a vehicle loaded for work, but waiting for 30 extra minutes because somone needed sleep! And NOT getting paid. ###. We have had 5 D.M's since Jan. 2010. We have lost alot of Top Guns due to them dropping their wage, which again, I do not see how the hell that is even legal! But...its RGIS.
Management
I dont even know where to start. I do know this: If there isn't a law against what I went through with this company there should be. I have been in a state of depression that I can't even begin to explain. For 6 years I went the extra mile and tried to prove myself to this company that I was more than qualified to do the job at hand. (management). I watched as they promoted people that just did not deserve it, were not qualified, and I could have ran circles around the managers they did have. I could go on and on, but there was alot of hostility, favoritism, discrimination, etc. I knew this job and I knew it very well. I was the victim of hostility on occasion, equipment thrown at me, yelled at. I watched as these people were being promoted and given every opportunity to advance and they did just what they needed to get by. It just isn't fair. I worked so hard to get somewhere with rgis. I guess I didn't brown nose enough. I'm still a firm believer in hard w0rk will get you to the top, however I have yet to see that happen. If anyone knows where I can turn, for help with this, please let me know. thanks

I agree with all the bad reviews about this company. After Blackstone investment group acquired the company, it continues to slide downhill. The turnover rate for CEO for the company is incredible. The company continues to lose its market share in the inventory world. The company only cares about making money, not the hourly employees. One has to count fast to make money for the company in order to get pay above the starting wage for each district.
I worked for RGIS for years and under many districts (both travel and local) They are all the same, cannot keep managers for more than 8 months, seem to take pride in breaking every rule under the sun and promote the wrong people. The only way to get promoted is if you suck at counting and kiss your ops managers ###. Division 8 has had more DMs/AMs go out the window than I have ever seen in any job. However, somehow the OPs manager keeps his job. He is rude, and the way he fires is disgusting (I'm sorry I don't have a review for you). They allow people to become AMs who sold drugs on hotel property to other RGIS employees, they allow people under the influence to drive, and if you need sleep after god forbid working 36 hours straight well your job is on the line. HR in Michigan is a laughing matter, they protected a DM they knew was going right out the door. This company has lost any credibility to most companies because they can never show up on time or count right. The whistle needs to be blown.
I worked for RGIS for two weeks and it is by far the worst job I've ever had. First of all they are the absolute bottom of the barrel in terms of quality, they will hire anyone with a pulse, they perform no drug tests, do not do a criminal background check and don't even seem to screen applicants, I was hired 45 minutes after applying to this piece of ### job. On my first day at RGIS we went to a sporting goods warehouse and it was easily the best day I ever had working here even though no one ever explained how my machine worked (fortunately I could ask my brother who worked here) and I had no idea how long my shift was going to last. The first day started at 5:30 a.m. and ended around 2:00 p.m. and it was a roughly two hour drive (so I got home around 3 - 4) and was exhausted. My 2nd day was much, much, [censored]tier, I was taken to a BIG LOTS where I was told to scan an aisle of candles, no one explaind if packaged items were counted individually or as a unit, how the shelves were divided, how to change the machine from automatic (scan each item) or quantity (scan an item, count it manually and type in the number) or how to delete errors that I made on my machine. My ### boss who trained me felt the need to check on me constantly to see if I was "doing okay" I asked him a few questions which he brushed off and told me I was doing okay before telling me to move onto another section of the store. Near the end of the day (3 hours later) he told me that all of the sections I had done were counted wrong, to clock out, ask some guy for the keys to the van and to go wait out in the car... was I fired? After one mistake?! I wasn't told I was so I later discovered that I was not, needless to say this was an enraging experience and it was only my 2nd day. My third day I rode their bus at 2:30 p.m. to a JCPenney's 2 hours and 45 minutes away, it was 2 stories and there were a million of us there... I started at 6:00 p.m. and we finished at 1:00 am and I got home at 4:00 a.m. I worked 12 god damn hours at $9.50 an hour and this was for me supposed to be a part time summer job. Two days later on my 4th day I left at 5:00 a.m. (the driver was late so more like 5:20) and we got there at roughly 7:00 a.m. but because we were so understaffed we didn't finish until 8:00 p.m. and worked 14 hours, no lunch, and one 10 minute break. My 5th and final day I headed to their van on a Sunday at 5:00 p.m. and only 4 people showed up... the van was nowhere to be seen, around 10 minutes later it finally showed up, the 4 of us sat in the van wondering if we should go because if we showed up at the store with less than 10 people they will turn us away... we waited 15 minutes and the driver called our boss who then told us to wait 10 more minutes, it was now 5:20 and he wanted us to wait until 5:30 to see if he could roust 6 more people so that we could drive 2 hours to a store in the rain and work until 2:00 a.m.
I left, I went home, on my way home (not 10 minutes later) I get 2 angry phone calls which I ignore, followed by a text message "you're 5 minutes to return to the meat sight or i am firing you" at this point I pretty well thought that RGIS can burn in hell and that I'm sorry I ever wasted a second of my time there.
They treat their employees like indentured servants, you will never know how long your shift is, you won't know how many people will be there, if you're going to be allowed to eat, when you'll be home, or how much work you'll be doing. Frequently you will be scheduled to wait in a Wal Mart parking lot at the ### crack of dawn to work until dusk and THEN come back the next day at the same time, the evening or the middle of the day. Shifts can range from a paltry 4 hours, to an excessive 15 hours.
At $9.50 an hour (this actually is more like $8) its not even worth it, its not worth crawling around on the ground for an entire day or more after commuting on a disgusting piece of ### van with ex-cons, the elderly, college students, stoners, and losers.
Screw you RGIS
RGIS in Toronto is just as bad, the work was terrible for hours and the people there disrespectful and it came to the point where i had to phone them when i was mad and find out why they didn't send my weekly email for work, they then proceeded not to give me any hours and the guy who makes the hours said so you still want to work here? i said no I quit! If you don't want me there, just fire me instead of giving me this kind of treatment, this place is horrible and I am surprised that they can get away with this garbage. Everything and more that is said about RGIS in the comments is true, believe me!
RGIS Ottawa has a very unethical work policy, you show up at work even if they don’t plan on paying you. You may have got up in the morning at 5 AM, paid for a bus fare in the middle of a cold winter, arrived at work on time when they ask you and wait for a supervisor who is two hours late, you don’t get paid! Another time we waited two and half hours due to computer problems and we did not get paid. RGIS worker are so angry when they don’t get paid they take merchandise from the stores they are working at.
I worked for this company for 10 years, everything was great until my gay boss got "married" if you didn't attend this ceremony you were discriminated against, I was lied to for 3 years about why I was unable to get a raise. From everything to "we only give raises in August" to "we're doing things different this year (told to me on Aug. 31 when still no raise) we are doing evaluations in Oct. Oct. came and no eval for me and no raise...I called HR and was then ripped apart for "throwing him under the bus" When I hear over and over him telling people "you didn't go to my wedding, so why should I do you any favors (like time off) I knew full well why I was passed up for a raise over and over again. Watch out people this discrimination from gays is going to be the norm. God help us! And RGIS doesn't care as long as their s*** gets counted. Oh and another person who worked with me in the office who did go to the so called "wedding" was getting paid 2 hours for every phone call she made from home...yep 26.00 for a stinkin' phone call when I would commute 1/2 hr. each way and make 11.25 per hr. after 10 years...
the weman that work for this company thanks its ok 2 send nasty text and durty pics 2 my husbends phone just because they have 2 pass out there phone # this has happen every sents he started 8 years ago and till to this day. i need a lawyer.
This is one of the dirt bags that should be let go . This disrespectful, disgusting little worm has no business interviewing anyone or working in a place like RGIS. This is one of the rudest most disrespectful people I have ever met .
RGIS is one of the most disgusting, discriminatory company I have ever applied at. I was
given an appointment for an interview in Modesto Ca . I appeared on time and was greeted by a young male with glasses that threw me the most disgusting look I ever seen when I walked in . There were 2 female employees that instead of acknowledging my presence basically just looked at me like I was dirt. All 3 of them went into a back room and shut a door and you could hear giggling and laughter coming out of the office they were in. The young male then came out and informed me unfortunately I won't be able to interview you today because something has come up but you can reschedule next week if you like . I have never been so disgusted with such incompetent people in my life this company should be investigated incompetent idiot employees and actually hire people who know how to be professional.
Yeah from what I have gathered with my own personal expierences and now knowing that the CEO, Bruce Barkus is the former CEO of Family Dollar, GNC and Ulta, and in every instance, lawsuits followed him out of his career. I believe there needs to be some kind of force gathering of people who are sick to their gills of this ###, like me and all of the others I see on here to bring this whole corrupt company down.
Hostile Work Environment, Discrimination, Slander, Defamation of Character
I was victimized by the head of HR for RGIS Inventory after I brought forth documented concerns of discrimination, hostile work environment, retaliation for bringing forth a complaint. I have a letter from the Head of HR for RGIS which was based on slander that came out of my District. I gave witnesses to HR to the offenses in my district and HR never contacted them instead there names were released to district management and they found themselves the victims of retaliation like myself. One of which was a 25 yr veteran and the most respected supervisor within our district. RGIS HR did not contact any of the witnesses in my complaints and accused me of offenses I was not even guilty of, I have witness statements to back me up.
I was the victim of a witch hunt and Kim Foley Head of RGIS HR, Todd Holland Operations Manager, Marie Bommarito HR Specialist refuse to release any documentation to me as to how they arrived at there slander.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Regis also, hires felons. One in particular, Tammy Ezell Bates works in Tulsa Oklahoma for Regis and she has a long arrest sheet.. Shoplifting, drugs etc..
RGIS promised me that I would be trained as a supervisor and they lied. I proved myself to them and they never didn't keep their word with me.
I have a family and I just want a living wage and to work for a company that I can retire at and speak good about RGIS. But District Manager Justin Harriston lied to me. He said he would train me in August and never did.
What is the matter with people that stereotype people on the basis of skin color? I can tell you that in the Bible the Archangel Gabriel is described in the Book of Daniel as having skin the color of burnished bronze; look it up. The relating of Phillip in The Book of Acts has Phillip commanded by the Holy Spirit to "Join himself to the chariot an Ethiopean was driving as he was reading the scroll of Issaih. What color do you suppose he is; now alive in the Kingdom of Heaven. I'm not black, but you do not have to be to recognize racism. Also, I don't care what color you are. God will judge the heart, not the color of skin.
can someone please post the actual email address for rgis HR. I do not want to contact them with the auto contact link on their page?
Iworkedfor district 476 for 8 months...the ethics...morals...and company standards suck! I also feel the area manager Kristal Aurthor is taking money from a select few employees pay...i hAve asked repeatedly for pay stubs i have never recieved in *8 Months*! I am highly upset...and will do what it takes to see that diStRIct 476 iS investigated...and shut down...the drug use at events and on company property is ridiculous...drivErs with no license to drive...its horrible!
Lol @ the racist ### in 2013... anyways

LOL@the angry black person that posted above...You realize that the most uneducated culture in AMERICA are blacks? You belong working for RGIS as they pride themselves in hiring poor blacks and Mexicans with 0 job skills. They scream "No Batching" all day long, yet you dumb ###s and spics continue to batch...and btw, grats on graduating H.S. it sounds like it was a major accomplishment for you...
Ok, so I work for this company right now.
I noticed several interesting things about it:
a. There are several (5-10) managers -
"district", and "area" with different work schemas.
b. There is no 'standard' guideline for their 'ethics'; therefore some of the managers have excellent organizational skills, ethics, and ability to direct people; while other seem to have no idea about their work.
c. My supervisor (one of them, I have several) middle age lady (I will not provide her name for now) seem to have no ethics, messed up nervous system, and sketchy schemas.
A) For example she stood next to be and provided idiotic rude comments regarding counting procedure instead of explaining the specifics in an organized orderly manner.
B) Her 'checking procedures' seemed to be uneven and counterproductive
1. Focuses of unimportant things like "her being retired from a military drill"
2. Checks on "group of people she dislikes" instead of on everyone. She could inform ( "please, do not make mistakes, or we will have to research them later in the computer. It costs extra time" ) Instead, she would stand next to you, and give "baloney like rude" explanations.
c. Other managers have different 'rules', however, I am not so sure about their integrity yet; I have an intuition about some sketchy schemas from them.
We will see.
You're talking about Donna, she drove me out of the company after slandering my name in multiple way... Because I reported a manager putting her hands on me in an unprofessional manner... They are extremely sexist, I was part of a witch hunt which made me go to my doctors for several mo, the... Followed by being fired after they made me do all of this doctor bs.
Had a prexisting injury that was documented(tbi, which she straight ignored and made me go up ladders which was extremely dangerous due to vertigo from brain trauma)
I'vee been trying to build a case against them
RGIS is one of the most corrupt, unprofessional organizations on the planet, but then again, the seated CEO, Bruce Barkus is the former CEO of Family Dollar, GNC and Ulta, and in every instance, lawsuits followed him out of his career.
Cindy Myers, VP of Human Resources is a joke. Her job is to strictly keep up with the lawsuits and manipulate the company out of all the fraud that this company perpetrates against it's customers.
RGIS is definetly one of the most racist companies I've ever encountered, and for some reason, litigation has never pointed this out... There's a huge opportunity for a class action suit here.
For one white people need to get there head out of their ### and stop thinking that they are the most intelligent ppl in the world. you guys populate most of America which means you have the poorest, brokest, and uneducated. I am black and I graduated high school before many of the whites and my WHITE boss just recently congratulated me for being one of her best employees. its not black, white, or hispanics thats the problem its the ppl that think they are smarter than everybody else that will always FAIL...### off and get a life
Money missing
Valarie, You really need to check your fee page on the money network card. I think you will find that you have been charged for things such as calling customer service, balance inquiries and more! I would go online, if you can, and check your recent transactions. Maybe you had a charge that wasn't yours on there and you could put that into contest with the...
