Revolut review: Update - more official documents provided, my funds are still restricted!

UPDATE — MORE OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS PROVIDED, MY FUNDS STILL RESTRICTED

As of November 3, 2026, my issue with Revolut remains unresolved.

Since my previous review, I have submitted additional official, government-issued documents relating to the formation of my new corporation in Dubai. I had already provided invoices, Mexican tax documentation, and explanations of the purpose of my payments.

Despite these further submissions, my funds remain restricted.

I traveled approximately 25 hours to Dubai for business, including company formation, banking arrangements, and administrative appointments. Being unable to access my money during this process has caused significant stress, disrupted my plans, and affected my ability to meet business commitments.

I understand that financial institutions must conduct compliance checks. I have cooperated by providing further documentation. However, the continuing restriction is having real consequences for me as a customer and business owner.

I am asking Revolut to urgently review the documents already submitted, explain any outstanding requirements they can disclose, and provide a meaningful update on the steps needed to resolve this restriction.

My experience has seriously damaged my confidence in Revolut. Based on what I have experienced, I would not recommend relying on it for urgent international payments or essential financial commitments.

These are my own funds, and I need this matter resolved. I will update this review when there is a substantive development, including when my funds are released.
