I too have been caught in this disgraceful scam and they have taken more than I can afford to pay. I have emailed them but only received a reply telling me that they would be in touch. Now I will try and telephone and see what response I get. My bank are asking for copies of their terms and conditions which I have been unable to get as I am not a very adept user on the internet. Can anyone help with this? Good luck to anyone trying to fight against this type of scam that seems to be making a lot of people out of pocket.

If you know anyone who is involved in this scam let them know to send e-mail to [email protected] and torment them.
This is a scam - heavily advertised through Facebook. Report them again and again. FIGHT BACK! Cancel your credit card immediately! Email them constantly and insist you will take legal action. They are claiming protection through their T&C's which are almost impossible to find and read. FIGHT BACK! - Name & Shame

I also ordered from this company, and fell for this scam. I was lucky to find out about the scam before they took anymore from my account. Although I cancelled my card. I am not sure what to do with the products. Has these products been tested to see what is actually in them?
Do I send them back to West Lothian??? Marie.

On Dec: 20th I accepted the free offer of Revitalize products, paying only for postage. i would try them for a month then, if pleased, find out the cost and, possibly, order more. I was shocked top find that £74. 95 had gone from my account on Jan:4th. I rang the firm and communicated with difficulty with a woman who gabbled fast with a foreign accent. She informed me I had not read the agreement. What agreement?!!! I argued and she said they could not refund the money but would send me more products instead.
Nothing has arrived and on Jan:9th I received an email saying my account with them was closed, then I discovered that same day £79.95 had gone from my account. I rang my bank, LLoyds, and their investigative team have taken the matter up, but will they be successful?

I have a pretty poor short term memory, so when I am doing anything online that involves my credit card, I am Hyper attentive, so during the course of the very unhepful call with the call centre for my credit card (Bangalore-Delhi??), where he kept referring to small print about having ten days to cancel a subscription and i told him that I had ticked or unticked whichever was appropriate to ensure i was not commiting myself, he still insisted that my late payment fee was appropriate, this despite the fact that the fayment taken on the 16 Dec (the 2nd December was the date that the same company -in this case they were calling themselves a different name than revitalize, took £5.95 and £5.97 -the p&p for the samples -though this was the name on the return address on both samples? My Credit card company have askrd me to write to the company regarding the cancellation of my subscription, through them?

I fail to understand the problem- I applied for two free samples (with the idea that within a month (which formed a before and after ad for the "product"!) I would be that I would be so impressed, I would buy the product's (which I have no recall of their price being mentioned in the ad- or the sites they were linked to). However, the charge of £74.95 on the 16th had no product being sent and still has not been sent to this date.

Their has been a vieled suggestion that an 0300 number-which is for charities or not for profit co's- is revitalize a NFP?

Having spent most of the day searching hundreds complaints on various sites- though it is impossible to find the "Advert" again! Strange that, as was my call centre persons insistance that although he had dealt with a few similar calls today, it was noy fraud!!

I will to the write to the CC Co tomorrow- its been a long day. - Grant
