Bought a chain from Hudsons Bay and insured with Zucora Home. When the chain broke the first time it took a while to get a response out of the company to get it fixed. Their fix job broke in a matter of 15 min from putting it on. I took several weeks and attempts to get their attention then the finally received the chain again and had it soldered. On Dec 22 2021 they said it would be shipped back in 7 business days, the first week of January I asked for tracking info and still havent received anything. It is now almost a month later and still no word on my item. The lack of support and communication is appalling. I highly recommend never buying insurance through them.
