unable to cancel new order
I attempted to cancel my order the same day I placed it and I received the message, "Your order is in the process of being shipped so we are not able to cancel your order at this time. Keep in mind we do not accept refused or return to sender packages>" What a crock! It is one week after ordering the product and I haven't heard or received anything, so their contention that the order was being shipped was BOGUS. I will return the package to the company unopened and have already alerted my credit card company not to pay this charge. I have learned my lesson and will investigate BEFORE ordering from anyone in the future. Beware of any company that refuses to cancel a new order-this company appears to be greedy scam artists.

doesn't work after 2 months
I purchased the trynono and used it for about 2 months. It was working pretty well and then it suddenly stopped working and I just get the red light. I tried new blades but still the red light. This is very frustrating and unsatisfactory and it has happened just after the 60 day money back guarantee.

I bought a NoNo last June, and within the warranty period mine did the same thing -- stopped working. I was told the battery had stopped charging. So you sent me another one, free of charge. Guess what? That one did the same thing, about 2 weeks after any new warranty, which I doubt existed since it had already been replaced once. I have had a lot of surgery on one leg, and standard shaving does not work -- it just nicks my skin. Now it is summer again, and I want hair free legs when I wear shorts and bathing suits. But the NoNo hair removal system is not cheap, and I cannot order another one unless this defect has been fixed.
