Can you please stop all the total av popups telling me my account has expired which I never had anyway. I have tried to remove it myself but it seems impossible as lots of other people are having the same problem, all it does is making sure you never subscribe to total av if this is what can happen. November 30, 2023 Sirs: TotalAV billed me $9.95 using my PayPay account on 11/18/23. For what product or service? Having McAff AV, I have no need for antivirus protection. I respecfully request a credit for all charges for this item. Further unauthorized used of this credit card will be considered fraud. Sincerely, Ralph Maus ralph. [protected]@aol.com

I used the trial period for TOTAL av on my HP laptop and was pleased with the outcome. When I received and email from them yesterday (13th December) telling me that it had expired and I was happy to pay the £19 for the year. Today I find that I still have adverts popping up and I am not at all pleased. I would like it to work as TOTALav advertise.
