Tax Products Group Unprofessional conduct and not receiving my federal income tax

I have been waiting since March for my income tax I have filled out 3 indemnity forms they claim they sent out 3 different checks I haven't received not one I have called for the whole month of July every other day with no contact in June I was told my money was sent back to the IRS on June 20th I called the IRS on June 22 and was told tax products group still had my money called tax products group back right after getting off the phone with the IRS and then was told the tax products group system doesn't have a date that they would be able to send my money back to the IRS yet so my money will have to sit til they get a date to send it back this company should not be in business if their is someone that has started a lawsuit against this company please point me in their direction I want to sue for my money for emotional damages cause they withheld my money for 5 months its now August I have been waiting since March I have loss so much due to them holding my money every month they held my money im suing them their customer service workers are all in on the fact they know their are lying to ppl I have everyone names and ID numbers I want to sue them to it doesn't take 5 months to receive my hard earned money I have files 3 complaints with the BBB no help I have called the attorney General no help everyone that I was put in touch with regarding the tax products group has been no help im beginning to think everybody is in it together this company has thousands of complaints and no one has a solution their holding thousands if not millions of ppl hard earned money and it seems that they are getting away with it I have called around California to find a lawyer that will represent me in the lawsuit against tax products group I have contacted the television station waiting for them to respond all I want is my money to have to pay for a lawyer to sue a business that has my money is truly ridiculous its unbelievable that this company hasn't been shut down years ago reading so many complaints about the same company with the same problem with thousands of people is truly unbelievable

Desired outcome: I WANT MY MONEY NOW ITS BEEN 5 MONTHS I WANT THIS COMPANY HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR TEARING MY LIFE UPSIDE DOWN BY HOLDING MY HARD EARNED MONEY

Tax Products Group Complaint

Tax products group has been holding my money since march 25th I have been trying to talk to someone but I have been on hold for more then 2 hours for someone to pick and disconnect the call I have did everything they asked I have notarized uploaded and still haven't received the 3rd check that they say they mailed out I never received the 3rd check I called back on june 14th to speak with kevin who id number is 0090 and he informed me that my indemnity paper wasn't processed the same indemnity paper that they received on 6/1 and 13 days later still was sitting and wasn't processed I was put on hold and the phone automatically was hung up I called back and once I put my information in after the phone said this call will be monitored the phone automatically hung up this has been happening since 6/14 and today is 6/27

Desired outcome: I just want my money I have lost so much my bills was not paid I just want my money

Tax Products Group Customer help

I filled taxes with wrong amount number, in return the bank reflected it and tag issued me a check. Seeing as I had no clue why they had my money in first place, I had been receiving a lot of creditor mail, in which I just ripped and threw away. My check was one of these, so I emailed my ID and S.S. Card, for which I’ve received a confirmation number. I’ve been trying for two weeks to simply find out if they accepted my documents and reissued me another check, please can someone help me

Desired outcome: Someone tell me if the emails we’re reviewed accepted and reissued . If so when?

The IRS is stating that they deposited my tax refund Feb 9th, 2022 and called my bank which is Bank of America and there was nothing deposited. When I spoke with the lady at the IRS I was told to contact Tax Products group to see when I would get my tax refund. I also had the IRS put a trace on my refund but that will take up to 90-120 days. No one is answering at TPG. I opened a case with the TPG and still no reply.
