FAILED IMPLANTS- EXCESSIVE PAIN
TERRIBLE SADISTIC INCOMPETENT DENTIST: AVOID
He placed 7 implants on Friday. Monday he realized 1 was out of place and took it off. He wanted to charge me for his error. Very soon 2 other implants just fell. The were on the sinus, no bone. I went to Nova University and the professors there told me that the four remaining implants needed to go out as they were placed at the wrong angle, part of them outside the bone. Went for a second opinion and confirmed. The whole ordeal was very painful. Lost the money, the time(1 year) and my mouth is a mess. Now I need bone graft and wait another 6 months.
I am on of your damaged patients. And I am going to sue you and also will try to protect other people by filing a complaint with the board to see that you -again- have to go another state to practice.
I just paid $21, 000.00 for the full extraction of the 4 remaining implants, new ones (in 6 months, after the bone graft heals). As we speak I am in bed with my face swollen and my savings gone...
Horrible Dentist
I am not one to go online and post negative reviews but I feel the need to protect the public from this shoddy con artist. Long story short, he did a large implant case on me that only failed costing me over $20K but destroyed much of the bone I had left causing a delay of over one year and an additional cost of over $5K just to get back to where I was when...

My experience with Dr Goff was outstanding. About 10 years ago i got lower implants and as of today i still eat delicious steaks without any problem...Peter Krzyzanowski
My experience with Dr. Goff was extremely positive. He was bright, intelligent and extremely competent. One of the best dentists I've ever been to. He'll be missed greatly. Dear Brokentooth - get a life! Dr. Goff is right - post your name if you are so upset. Let the world know who you are so we can have a plausible story. I happen to like Dr. Goff very much - he is professional and a perfectionst, which is why your sad story is unbelievable to any of his actual patients. he would never have done shoddy work because I don't think he knows how to do less than perfect dentistry. Your complaint made me laugh - that you left his office and your teeth fell out - didn't you notice them sticking out of your gums first?

If your story had any validity to it you would reveal your name but again you are hiding your identity. Stop wasting other peoples time writing melicious and fake complaints. It is obvious by your need to hide that you are exactly what I stated earlier, a fake. Stuart Goff, DDS
I think you are a competing dentist and making up a story to try and hurt a honest, family oriented doctor. If you were a patient of mine why don't you post your name. I don't think you will because your story is fake and that is why you are hiding your identity. You now share the same company as other anonymous persons like terrorists and people who write ransom notes. The only thing true about your posting is that the more successful you are the more people try and take you down. If I was some no name dentist no one would care about me but because I have celebrities/millionaires for patients it makes me an easy target. Stuart Goff, DDS
