Sovereign Health treatment center

It is one thing to be ineffective in treating people, but another to be actually harming them, and another still to be doing it intentionally to maximize income for the corporation. Sovereign Health, run by a convicted felon Tonroy Sharma - for conducting drug studies on patients without their knowledge or consent, and then stripped of his license - runs his company as he appears to do his life - lies and corruption. For their $25, 000, Sovereign patients get to have "therapy" by unsupervised unlicensed interns and students out on picnic benches with no confidentiality or privacy. For their $25, 000 they are given the privelege of having to take out garbage and awarded an ice cream cone for doing so. One would be a lot safer, and get a lot better treatment, by going to 12-step meetings for free. There are good treatment centers out there, but Sovereign isn't even close to one of them. Management's pastime is backstabbing one another, gossiping, and squeezing every cent they can out of patients and their insurance companies. "Family therapy" sessions, for example, are forced on patients, even when it is clinically contra-indicated and even harmful - Such as having to speak with an abusive spouse. I have seen these student "therapists" shove cellphones into patients' faces to force them to comply. Patients have personal property taken from them, are not allowed to leave when they want and are ganged up on when they try, - God forbid that Sovereign should lose that income! Please go elsewhere, send your loved ones elsewhere - This is the most unethical immoral place I have ever known, from the top down.

Sovereign Health theft of personal property

After months of attempting to secure my personal belongings from sovereign health I received an email from donna carone which stated that I signed a waiver of holding them responsible, however they know your not in your right mind when your signing these documents, knowing your under the influence is illegal for them to even get you to sign anything, I would love to jump in on any lawsuit, Sovereign Health of San Clement denied me a water pill that caused me to have to have an abdominal tap, I witness drug use, sex between clients, staff stealing medication, and the theft of personal property. How they manage to stay open is beyond me, it has to be the legal team that has to work overtime to keep them a float. I maybe contacted at [protected]@gmail.com feel free to contact me.
I also have video that was taken in july of physical altercations and a near riot

Sovereign Health false advertising, substandard care and treatment

These people (admission) bend over backwards to get you in the door and make promises and tell lies about services. They do prey on desperate families seeking helped for a love one then deliver sub-standard care, if you want to even call it care at all. I think this program hurt my son more than helped him. After several weeks of hearing my son complain (thinking he was whining), I decided to look at the on-line reviews and was horrified! Everything he had been telling me was true and far worse than I could ever imagined. I immediately pulled him out (March 2014) of the so-called facility and heard even worse stories about inappropriate and even illegal actions of staff members later. While coming back from their daily 45 minutes each way in a van stuffed with people on the LA freeways, the driver hit another car and did not stop. Somehow he convinced the staff when he arrived it never happened when 8 patients in the car said otherwise! From horrible junk food to failed outings, it was the most disorganized program I have ever seen. No one seems to know what the others are doing. The medication management is down right non-existent with patients not getting meds for days. One while their ended up in the ER do to poor management by the staff. It is true, the clients see interns, many that are inexperienced and low quality. I could write a book on the bad things happening here not just to my son but others and will be filing complaints with the appropriate governing authorities and agencies as I suggest others do who have experienced this program. I don't know how this place is allowed to operate legally given the complaint history dating back to 2010 I found on-line. If there is an attorney handling a class action, please post it. DO NOT SEND A LOVED ONE TO THIS PLACE!
