my name is Jose P. I currently own a timeshare and was looking to resale it.. so this guy name Eric Lenz stated he was a licensed broker.. he charged me 599.00 to resale my timeshare.. he called me only for 2 months then i could not get a hold of anyone in the company.. and they still have web sites up.. several.. this is a scam.. there web site should not be able to be up to victimize other people..

I received severals call from Jackie saying that they had a lot of clients waiting to buy time shares and they supossed to sell it in one week after I paid $599 to sell my time chare and $400 to rent total $999 after they took my money they never called Me back and when I call they never answer.

I don't know why you are having trouble with Jackie, she was my agent in helping me with the sale of my two properties. These two properties where sold in 6/9 months. Maybe you are asking to much for your property.
I am so HAPPY with their services I have recommended them to several friends and family members. You need to give her time she will come thru.

I paid $928.00 to SBACorp to help sell my timeshare in Maui. I called several times within the first several months and received no follow-up. They never would call back or reply to emails.
They are yet another scam. I would like to know how I could get my money back
