Rain Network Just cancel the service

I've been waiting for them to give me a call to cancel their service. I requested my service to be cancelled since I no longer need it that was mid-January. I called them 2 times begin of February I was advised that I will get a call back from them, I've been waiting for their call, and I think they are just dragging the process.

Rain Network Poor service

I have ordered a simcard tried to rica but was not able to proceed so I called spoke to someone from there, was adviced to make another order well I agree it was on the 18 of august... Waited to it to be delivered but nothing I kept calling some guy from there told me he can not find my order, well okay I waited for couple of days and I called again was told they don't see my payment.. I kindly forwarded my proof of payment, called again mind you I am busy sending emails but no_one is calling me back and or replying. Well I was advised to make another order on the 9th of september and I will get my order withn 3 to 5 working days. Today is the 20th still waiting, yesterday I called they told me will try to track the order from their side. Haven't gotten any call yet. What I want now is my money back and no longer need their simcard. My number [protected] rebecca ndlovu
