Delayed process of updating info
I've been contacting QTC regarding my blood work for HIV since July 2023 via email and phone number. All I got from them were my concerned were noted and someone would follow up with me. But I have not heard anything from them since then. All other appointments I did were updated to reflected in 2024; but except for the blood work for HIV I did at QTC facility is not updated and shows not current.

Compensation and Pension Exam
As a Veteran, I submitted claims to VA on July 2023 and was eventually scheduled mid Oct for Telehealth Exam. Date of Exam the Examiner did not show and 30 mins later I recontact QTC with info, they rescheduled same Day, still it was a no show on Examiners part. I was later rescheduled to Nov 2023, the Examiner appeared about 1 min, enough time to greet and call dropped again. I recieved no call back until I called 2 or 3 times trying to reach someone to resolve the issue and I was told they will reschedule again. This will be the 4th time of rescheduling with same Doctor. This is a very big problem for Veterans with PTSD as it exasperates and creates undue stress.
Claimed loss: Created more stress and antisipation of more to come, this is not working for me at all.
Desired outcome: I would like an in person Comp and Pen. Exam because this is not working. We are almost 5 months out from Claim submittal to C/P Exam. Which is normally in 45 days.
VA disability exam & recommendation
QTC Nurse Practitioner said it was less likely than not I was injured during airborne operation. The VA start treating me in 2013. QTC did not check military service records for 1974 to 1977. The incident happened in 1975. It’s reflected my treatment record as lower back and left ankle.
Sleep Apnea & PTSD
Date of SOC 06/18/2018. Issue: Sleep Apnea & PTSD. The evidence investigated doesn’t include the period of service from 1974 to 1977.
Desired outcome: Correct the Statement of cases that denied my claim with an incomplete and incorrect medical assessment. Correct SOC’s to reflect a complete examination of medical records.

QTC Nurse Practitioners failed to examine my medical record before rendering a denied recommendation cause they can’t fine a Nexus. Two contractors of QTC denied my claim on Statement of the Case. I have called serveral times about scheduling an appointment and I get the same answer over and over again. I am in need of a dental treatment and QTC keeps saying there are no providers within 150 miles. By now, there should be some providers in my area. This is causing me to be looked over for promotions and classes that I need to take for advancement..

This firm is horrible and so it the staff.they be little you on the phone and tell you what to do. They’re greedy and refuse to do appointments over the phone. They’ll schedule you for appointments hours away from where you live and assume you have the means to get there and when you request a closer appointment from lack of transportation they tell you to use a network you don’t have. They don’t care about people
Calls Unanswered
March 22nd, 2023 someone from your office made 4 Dr.’s appts for me. I also, had 2 job interviews that day. By the end of the day, I had been offered both jobs. Problem is job training conflicted with 3 of the appts. I had just relocated 8 days prior, was unemployed, and needed the job. I need to reschedule the appts. I have been trying to reach someone at your 800 number for the last 9 days. All I get is a recording about technical issues and high volume, followed by wait times that never end.
This is a shame how taxpayers money is being wasted, and on under the guise of helping disabled veterans.
This whole process has caused me so much stress, anxiety, loss of sleep and exacerbated my service related disability.
Desired outcome: Your service is for disable veterans at the expense of the taxpayers. Answer your phone, give more then one phone number, or more people answering calls, fix your customer service.
I had a PHA appointment April 25, 2023 and needed it uploaded to Medpros for a military course. It has yet to be uploaded in Medpros and I am about to loose my reservation for the course I am scheduled in. I will also be filing an OIG complaint as I have spent the last few days trying to get this issue resolved.
