I ordered a sweatshirt in October, 2022 for a Christmas present
Order number 936684
It was never delivered. When I checked the tracking link they sent me there was no information. I got a few emails back from a Michelle, asking for my order no or my name and email. I sent the order number from the email I used with my name attached. As of today there is no tracking info, and my emails just stopped getting any response. I would like a full refund.
