$16,0000 of my own money I transfered into this optum account there wasn't any issue funding the account. I claimed a reimbursement. Account is restricted I called and was told by customer service they will email the fraud department it would take 2 days. 2 days turned into 3 almost 4 weeks I keep on getting the same storey over and over. I've confirmed it was me. Whenever I logged into the account it was on the same device nothing changed to say it was not me. There's no legitimate reason for the restriction. Ive took the nessary steps to clear this up. I was advised if this continued to seek legal services
