$16,0000 of my own money I transfered into this optum account there wasn't any issue funding the account. I claimed a reimbursement. Account is restricted I called and was told by customer service they will email the fraud department it would take 2 days. 2 days turned into 3 almost 4 weeks I keep on getting the same storey over and over. I've confirmed it was me. Whenever I logged into the account it was on the same device nothing changed to say it was not me. There's no legitimate reason for the restriction.
