MYKA Good value, delivery was quick

To go against the tide here. I actually had a pleasant experience. In fairness for 50 euro I'm not expecting diamonds and platinum. Delivery date was 17th, came nearly a full 2 weeks early. My initial design was sent back with an error. I got an email saying they had fixed the error and my item had been shipped. Arrived today as perfect and any emails I sent were responded to quickly. Good experience overall.

MYKA Very pleased

I have to be honest if I had read some of the bad reviews I would not have ordered, but my bracelet arrived today and it is lovely I am really happy with it. It is proper engraving and well done, the bracelet is hallmarked 925 and and exactly as shown in the pictures, I chose the the free delivery and it arrived within the given time of of two weeks including production time. So from my experience I would recommend them and would buy again..

MYKA Poor quality and terrible customer service

Myself and a friend clubbed together to buy our friend something special for her 40th birthday. We spent over ?100 on the item plus paid an extra ?20 for express delivery. The items were a few days late which meant we missed her actual birthday but not only that the item was so poorly made. Very light weight, badly scratched. It looked like a child costume jewellery. Customer services have still not replied 4 days on.

Totally gutted and cross!

MYKA Perfection

I ordered first necklet for my daughter. Wendy... the necklet arrived. And I was soo happy... my daughter also. Overjoyed... my second necklet I purchased for my daughter Fiona... once again... I was soo pleased... Fiona... also thrilled... with her necklet... so I decided to purchase. Necklets for one more each for daughters. MYKA Beautiful bracelet!

This is a beautiful bracelet! I got the brown leather & gold vermeil options. It arrived in a decent amount of time. I live in Sydney & expected it in a couple of weeks from where it was travelling from, & it did. It was packaged well seeing as it travelled a fair distance. It seems to be made from quality materials & only the passing of time will tell with 'wear & tear' how well it fares. I am very happy with my purchase to date. It would make a lovely personalised gift for someone if it fits within your budget for gifting. Thank you!

MYKA Lovely necklace

I had been looking at the personalized necklace with the birthstone and flower for a while as I thought it very unusual but I couldn't decide in the gold or the silver. I decided on the gold and it is so beautiful and it has a nice weight to it that I have decided to go ahead and buy it in the silver as well! I absolutely love it and will be buying more from this company as the shipping was fast and I had no problems at all. I'm sorry I cannot figure out how to post a picture of it though. MYKA Beautiful Discount Solid Gold Custom Name Jewlery Necklace Arrived 2 days early for Birthday!

We ordered and received on time a beautiful solid gold custom named necklace for my little girl just in time for her birthday! The necklace made in her name and stylish heart below (not monogrammed) arrived Friday May 7, ordered late evening Friday April 30. MyNameNecklace tracking showed creation, packing and shipping and FedEx tracking shows going from Israel to Cologne Germany and apparently by 777 direct to FedEx central hub in Memphis, TN all on Thursday and then to Newark, NJ and delivered to my mailbox on Friday -- Perfect! -- From late night order on Friday to our home around noon the next Friday -- Amazing job by all involved -- Thank You! We'll be ordering again and with discount from their follow-up emails. We received a 10% discount on this order.

MYKA Very helpful review

I have been attempting to get some answers concerning my request from a client care rep. I have sent 4 messages all of which I get a conventional reaction, containing data I would already be able to see on my Canada post following email. Canada post is as yet "looking out for thing" however organization is guaranteeing they sent it Nov 15. I have sent 4 messages now, and have just been conventionally reacted as well. I even sent a FaceBook message-no reaction. I have mentioned the request be dropped no reaction. They continue disclosing to me not to stress, everything is on target. They continue alluding to Canada post following BUT Canada post just beginnings following once the package is in Canada. Who can say for sure where on the planet it is-somewhere close to Israel and who knows where (believe it or not, it's difficult to know by the site yet their area is in Israel, not Canada as their site would evade to). Likewise, they sent me a receipt interface by means of email, yet that connection takes me to a mistake site! So I don't have a receipt for this item!

MYKA MYKA (myka.com) Review: Terrible Customer Service and Failed Promises Ruined Mother's Day Gift

I recently made a purchase from MYKA (myka.com) for a customized necklace as a gift for my wife on Mother's Day. I placed the order on April 26 and opted for expedited shipping, which was supposed to guarantee delivery between May 2 and May 3. However, to my dismay, the company did not start making the item until four days later on April 30, despite already charging me for the purchase.

As the expected delivery date came and went, I became increasingly frustrated and worried that the gift would not arrive on time. On May 5, I received an email stating that my order had finally shipped and was expected to arrive on May 9, a full week after the promised delivery date. I immediately contacted customer service to express my disappointment and frustration, but all they could offer was a simple apology for the delay.

Unfortunately, this apology did not make up for the fact that my wife's Mother's Day gift would not arrive on time, causing disappointment and heartbreak for my children. I was especially upset by the company's lack of professionalism, empathy, and customer service. Even if I had chosen standard shipping, the website promised delivery by May 6 to May 7, which would have still been in time for Mother's Day. I chose expedited shipping to ensure that the gift would arrive even earlier, but MYKA failed to deliver on their promises.

In my opinion, this company is terrible and I find it hard to believe that they have so many positive reviews. They dropped the ball big time and ruined a special day for my family. A good company would have refunded me the full purchase price for their mistake, but all they offered was a refund for the expedited shipping.

I strongly advise against buying from MYKA. They cannot deliver on their promises and then make excuses and show no remorse for ruining a special day for someone. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable company to do business with.

MYKA Terrible Experience with MYKA: Non-Existent Customer Service and Dubious Business Practices

My experience with MYKA (myka.com) was not a pleasant one. I made the mistake of ordering from them before Christmas without doing any research, and it turned out to be a big mistake. Their website promised gifts delivered for Christmas, but as soon as I placed my order, I was informed that the item would not be available for 16 days. I immediately sent a message to the company to cancel the order, but they could only be contacted by email and did not acknowledge my request.

After receiving no response, I sent another message asking for confirmation that the order was cancelled. It took a while, but I eventually received a generic message saying that they were busy but would try to respond to my email soon. I responded again, asking for confirmation that my order had been cancelled, but instead of a confirmation, I was offered a discount if I didn't cancel the order or an alternative product. If I still wanted to cancel the order, a 30% restocking charge MAY be applicable.

I responded again, stating that the restocking charge did not apply because I had attempted to cancel the order with immediate effect before the item could possibly have gone into production. I wanted to cancel my order and required a FULL refund. It took a few days for them to respond, and when they did, they informed me that they were charging me the 30% fee.

From that point on, things only got worse. Their customer service was non-existent and absolutely appalling. It was a real example of con merchants who use the Internet as a shield to facilitate a very dubious business. I would not recommend MYKA to anyone, and I will never order from them again.

MYKA Unsatisfactory experience with MYKA: Poor quality and unfair policies

I recently had a less than satisfactory experience with MYKA, an online jewelry retailer. I ordered a Silver Bracelet for my Dad for Father's Day, and while the bracelet beads and leather were as described, the silver latch and ends holding it all together were very grubby and marked. I contacted their support and received a very apologetic response, but was only offered a 50% off coupon on my next order, a 10% refund, or the option to exchange any other jewelry for free. I was advised that there was nothing wrong with my order, but I wasn't happy with the quality of the item I received.

I kindly asked that they review the photo I sent and consider a 50% refund to my original payment method or a 100% refund with them paying for postage back. However, I was informed that there was a 30% restocking fee and that I would have to pay for postage. I felt that this was unfair, as it was their fault for sending me a poor quality item in the first place.

After they refused to budge on their policy, I contacted PayPal and raised a dispute. I requested a 100% refund and return or a 50% refund to take the bracelet to a jeweler to get cleaned up. However, I received no reply to the case. Eventually, PayPal stepped in and refunded me 50%.

Two days ago, I received a message from someone at MYKA asking why I raised a dispute, showing no care to read the dispute or past emails. This lack of attention to detail and customer service is concerning.

Overall, I would advise others to avoid MYKA at all costs. The quality of their items is not worth the inflated prices, and their customer service leaves much to be desired.

MYKA MYKA Website Review: Scam Site with Poor Customer Service and Long Delivery Times

This website, MYKA, has really got me rarked up. I placed an order on 12/12/17 and was supposed to receive it on 22/1/18, but it's still not here. This site is a joke and should be removed. They don't even respond to emails, and when I finally got a reply after a month of waiting, it was just to confirm my address. I've replied three times to confirm, but I'm guessing I've been scammed like everyone else. Thank goodness I didn't spend hundreds of dollars, but they still got money from me.

It wasn't until I started leaving comments on their Facebook page that someone finally checked my email messages and got back to me. They said they're investigating my order, but I don't have much faith in that. This site should be removed, and I will never deal with them again. I'll continue to post messages on their Facebook page warning others not to use this scam site. I highly do not recommend MYKA. Shame on them for ripping people off.

Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, I received an email on 4/2/18 that was very apologetic. They let me know that my order was actually sent on 29/12/17, which I already knew. I appreciate the apology, but it doesn't change the fact that I still haven't received my order.

The customer support team, Francisco, offered to assist me further if I still haven't received my order by 12/03/18. They said that some items may be delayed if held by customs for additional inspection, and that delivery time depends on the product and the distance to its destination. They also offered a full refund or a free reorder + compensation if the order is marked as lost due to postal service.

Here we go again, playing the waiting game. It's ridiculous that I have to wait four months to see if I even get my order. I'm not holding my breath, but I appreciate the offer of assistance from the customer support team. Overall, I would not recommend MYKA to anyone.

MYKA Beware of mynamenecklace.com's new return policy - charged $100 for cancellation

I bought a necklace from mynamenecklace.com before they changed their website to myka.com. I didn't know that they had changed their return policy, which now charges a 30% restocking fee after 2 hours. I ordered a necklace for my wife on a Sunday at 8:21am (CST in the U.S.) with my kids' names on it. But I realized that the shipping date wouldn't be on time for her birthday. So, I forwarded the email to my daughter, who pointed out that the shipping date was after my wife's birthday. I canceled my order on the same day, Sunday, at 6:37pm (CST in the U.S.).

This company is located in Tel Aviv, Israel, which is 8 hours ahead of the CST time zone. When I placed my order, it was 4:21pm on a Sunday. When I canceled my order, it was 2:37am on Monday morning. Although Sunday is a working day in Israel, I doubt anyone even looked at my order before I canceled it. But mynamenecklace, or myka, still charged me $100 for my cancellation.

I understand that they are a business and need to make money, but they don't care about their customers. They are too greedy to see past their nose. They portray themselves as a caring and compassionate company, but they are not. If mynamenecklace sees my review, I don't want my $100 back. This is not about the money. I want everyone to know what kind of business they are running. People should reconsider spending their hard-earned money with them.

MYKA Terrible Customer Service Experience with MYKA Jewelry: Delayed Replacement and Unresponsive Emails

I gotta say, the customer service at MYKA is just plain awful. I ordered a bracelet for my dad for Father's Day back on June 13th, but it turned out to be too small. It's now August 28th and I still haven't received a replacement bracelet. I've been emailing them consistently and it wasn't until today that I found out they're resizing the bracelet. This is after I received an email just days after requesting a replacement that they were "currently handcrafting your jewelery." I was actually impressed at how fast they were making my replacement, but it was all for nothing.

I've emailed customer service on June 16th, August 19th, August 26th, and then again over the past 24 hours. I waited patiently for 4 weeks before following up, giving them plenty of time, only for it to never turn up. Not once did they reach out to me to check if the issue was resolved. This week I sent two emails to customer service before they finally replied, and apparently a replacement hasn't even been sent!

To make matters worse, the original item arrived in a damaged, crinkled gift bag that was unusable. This was most disappointing, especially since the gift was from my 7-year-old and her sister. You can imagine how upset they are that daddy still can't wear their gift!

I had purchased from this company before and got my daughter a necklace for her 16th birthday. The process was smooth, easy, and the necklace was beautiful. But this experience? Horrific. And no, COVID has nothing to do with the delay. It's their return policies and handling.

My advice? Don't buy anything that might need returning due to size, as you'll be waiting more than 71 days for no one to return your emails and no one to send a replacement gift for your loved one. I'm absolutely disgusted with MYKA and it's such a shame because my first buying experience was great. But this one? Horrific.

MYKA MYKA Review: Poor Quality Products and Terrible Customer Service - Not Worth Your Time or Money

This online business, MYKA, is not worth your time or money. I made the mistake of ordering from them and it was a complete disaster. Firstly, the quality of their products is very poor. The necklace I ordered looked much larger and more expensive on their website, but when I received it, it was much smaller and cheaper than I expected. The three places to put the names of my grandchildren were so tiny that you could barely read them. The chain looked like it came from Walmart.

To make matters worse, I ordered the necklace on December 11 and was promised delivery by December 20. However, it didn't show up on time. I kept emailing them to try and get the necklace, but it didn't arrive until late evening on December 24 - hours after our gift exchange and four days late. I had to buy a replacement gift, which cost me $50.00. When I tried to negotiate a partial refund or credit to my Visa card, they offered me a 10% refund or a $20.00 credit to their store, which I didn't want more of because their products are so cheap. They also wanted me to pay a 30% restocking fee and return the necklace at my own cost because they screwed up.

If you've been ripped off by MYKA, don't worry. If you paid at least $50.00, you can contact your credit card company and ask for a refund. Most credit card companies will refund your money and debit the vendor in cases like this.

In conclusion, I would not recommend MYKA to anyone. Their products are of poor quality and their customer service is terrible. Don't waste your time or money on this site.

MYKA Disappointing Experience with MYKA: Late Delivery, False Promises, and Terrible Customer Service

Hey there, I've been shopping online for a long time now, but this is the first time I'm leaving a negative review. I ordered a gift for my wife on my son's first birthday from MYKA, but unfortunately, the estimated delivery date was later than I expected. I contacted their customer support team for help, and they offered to upgrade my delivery for an additional fee of ?14.95. I sent them multiple emails to confirm that my order would arrive on time, but I didn't receive any response from them. Eventually, I decided to pay the extra fee to upgrade my delivery, and I received an email from MYKA saying that my order had already left their facilities and was on its way via DHL. I was relieved to hear this and asked for the tracking number, but I didn't receive any response from them.

After a few days, I received another email from MYKA apologizing for the delay in my order. They explained that there was a minor delay in the production of my jewelry due to quality issues, and they offered me compensation in the form of a 10% refund or a 50% discount on my next order. I was frustrated with their false promises and asked them why they had lied to me about my order being shipped. However, I didn't receive any response from them for over five days.

In the end, MYKA messed up my wife's present, and I had to buy something else for her. It was disappointing because my wife had selected the gift from their website herself, and now she wouldn't be receiving it. Their customer service was terrible, and I felt like they didn't care about their customers at all. If I could give them a negative rating, I would. I advise everyone to stay away from MYKA because all you'll get in return is disappointment. You'll never receive your order on time, especially if it's for a special occasion. Even after spending so much money, I'm not sure if I'll ever receive my order.

Overall, my experience with MYKA was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

MYKA MYKA Review: Sleazy and Disgusting - Don't Waste Your Money Here

Yo, so let me tell you about my experience with MYKA. I ordered from them back in 2016 and it was all good. I got a two name infinity necklace and it was dope. No issues with shipping or anything. So, I thought I'd order again and get a gold name/Roman numerals bar necklace. But, let me tell you, that was a BIG mistake.

I used my virtual visa debit to pay for it because my credit is trash and I can't get a real credit card. So, I placed the order and went back to sleep. But, then I got a call from an automated message telling me to enter my credit card info again. I was half asleep and didn't really know what was going on, so I did it. But, then I realized what I had done and freaked out. I called my bank and cancelled the card. They told me that there were attempts to buy plane tickets with my card. Thank God I caught it.

So, I emailed MYKA and told them that their website had been hacked and was unsecure. They emailed me back saying that their checkout is 100% safe. But, then I waited two months and still didn't have my necklace. I emailed them like 10 times and no one would answer me. I even messaged them on Facebook and Instagram and still nothing. I had to do some serious digging to find the president's email and finally got a response. But, it was super rude.

Long story short, I finally got my necklace months later. It was all good, but I still think they scammed me and stole my credit card info. I wouldn't buy from them again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They're sleazy and disgusting and just want to take advantage of people who are looking for a sentimental gift.

MYKA MYKA.com Review: Faulty Necklace, Poor Customer Service, and Inadequate Compensation

I ordered a 3d rose gold bar necklace with a diamond on March 25th from MYKA.com. I was so excited to give it to my mom for her birthday in August, but unfortunately, the necklace did not live up to my expectations. When my mom finally started wearing the necklace in August, the bar and chain tarnished and stained her top on the first day. She tried to clean the bar, but it stained everything she wore. She even brought it to a jeweler to get a new chain, but the bar itself kept staining. We were both extremely disappointed with the quality of the necklace, especially since I paid ?109 for it, not including shipping and packaging fees.

I contacted customer service a week ago, and the person I spoke with at first told me that there was nothing they could do because I was out of my 6-month warranty. I was absolutely bewildered and told him that I paid ?109 for this necklace and swore that the warranty was longer for jewelry with a genuine diamond. After a while, he apologized and said that he messed up and that it was actually a 1-year warranty. He offered to help by giving me a free reorder, but I declined because I did not want to risk getting bad quality jewelry again. I asked for a full refund, but he said that I could not get a full refund until I returned the jewelry, which I had to pay shipping for.

I explained to him that the necklace was a gift, and I did not want to take it back from my mom now because it is still sentimental, but definitely not worth the money I paid. He said that was not possible because it had a diamond in the jewelry, but I said it was bad quality and not made correctly. I asked about a partial refund if I did not return the jewelry, and he said he would talk to the higher managers and let me know their decision. It took him days to get back to me, only to say that their answer was no and that all they could offer was a reorder or a 15% refund, which is not nearly enough compensation.

I was thrown from one agent to another, always having to re-explain myself and retake photos to send, which was so frustrating. Eventually, they agreed to give me my 15% refund, but a few days later, I received a notification that I would be refunded ?12, which is not 15% of ?109. I am so frustrated with being messed around and not being valued as a customer. They frankly did not care or respect me and my problems genuinely. I want my full money back, and I will be ensuring legal action because I am so fed up at this point. The fact that they only offered a 15% refund, which they did not even do, shows how cheap they are. They took my money wrongfully, and I want it back. At least 85 if not 95% of my money back.

I emailed them again to express my frustration with the refund issue. I explained that I was told I would receive a 15% refund, which is not enough to cover the cost of the damage and bad quality of the product I received from this company. I paid ?109 for the necklace, and a 15% refund would be ?16.35. I am fed up with this issue not being taken seriously and how long it's been taken to resolve this issue, even though I've been in contact for a week or longer. I feel like I'm not being valued as a customer, and my issues are not being dealt with properly. I asked them to help me understand why I'm being messed around like this after receiving faulty jewelry. Surely adequate compensation for this is covered under my warranty, especially since I paid ?109 for the necklace plus shipping fees and gift wrapping fees. I did not receive that level of value as I paid.

In conclusion, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the necklace I received from MYKA.com. The customer service I received was not helpful, and I feel like my issues were not taken seriously. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I will be pursuing legal action to get my money back.

MYKA MYKA Review: Stay Away from this Scam Company with Overpriced Shipping Fees

I gotta tell ya, folks, I had a pretty bad experience with MYKA. I mean, I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. I got an email saying my order was confirmed and that the shipping fee was gonna be 4.95 GBP. So I paid it all up front with PayPal, right? But then, a whole week later, I get another email saying I gotta pay an extra 15.00 GBP for express shipping because the shipping method I picked wasn't available in my country. And get this, the only way to pay the extra fee is with a credit card! No PayPal option at all.

Now, if I had known the total shipping cost was gonna be 19.95 GBP, I never would've ordered from MYKA in the first place. That's just way too much money for shipping, you know what I'm saying? So I asked for a full refund, naturally.

But the seller just keeps repeating the same thing over and over again. They say the shipping method I picked wasn't available and that they can ONLY ship with express shipping. And then they blame it all on COVID-19, like that's supposed to make everything okay.

But here's the thing, folks. The seller never once admitted that they made a mistake on the order confirmation. So why should I, as the customer, have to pay for their mistake? That's just not right. So take my advice and stay far away from MYKA. It's a total scam!

MYKA Poor Customer Service and Misleading Return Policy at MYKA Jewelry

I recently made a purchase from MYKA, specifically a name pendant, and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the product. I reached out to their customer service team within a week of receiving the item, as they advertise a 100-day return or exchange policy. However, the process of exchanging the item has been quite frustrating.

I have been going back and forth with their customer service team via email, and they have been requesting images of the item and even asking for order numbers and images of items I have purchased in the past. I am not sure why they would need information on items that I am not returning or exchanging. It seems like they are trying to make the process more difficult than it needs to be.

I also received the same item as a Christmas gift, and I really do not want to be stuck with two identical items that I do not like. If I can exchange or get a refund for one of them, I would be satisfied. However, it seems like MYKA does not want to honor their return/exchange policy and is misleading their customers.

I even saw a review on Trustpilot from someone named Kathleen Louise who claimed to be from MYKA's customer service team, but I never received any contact from her to resolve the issue. It is very disappointing to receive such poor customer service, and I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

Overall, I would not recommend MYKA to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and they seem to be more interested in making things difficult for their customers rather than providing a satisfactory experience.
