MPP GAP insurance

On april 13th my son was in an accident that in 2 months later statefarm declared it a total loss, reached out to mpp to file a claim, sent all the documents they asked for and they approved them all,after months of calling and trying to get an update, their answer was always we are having a higher than normal volume of claims. This was suppose to only take 10-15 days. Turned out to be months, mean while my son still making his april, may. June, july,august payments with no vehicle to show for. They only paid out 1700.00, my son made his last truck payment today sept 16 2023, my son paid all his payments on time, never deffered any payments , we would never recommend this company to anyone! the brochure they have is a total misrepresentation of themselves!

Desired outcome: For them to pay out what they should!
