Every order I placed with MME was delayed in shipping and was never signature required for delivery.
As the website states. Always shipped by USPS, never delivered as stated. They always overcharge on spot price and then charge additional fees for credit card use. They offer ACH but both times I used that they waited 2-3 days to submit the request to the bank causing issues, then want to add 25 dollars to the invoice because they did not submit when...

Money Metals Exchange sent an order of silver and Gold to an address on November 22 2021 which I moved from UPS had returned it to their distribution center and proceeded to send it to another address which was a bogus address in the same city. Money Metals refused to file a claim with their insurance company due to me not receiving the order they refused saying that it was delivered to an address which I didn't live at.
Desired outcome: The outcome would be Money Metals Exchange either send me a refund or send the order of Gold and Silver
Company has refused to file an insurance claim for a non-delivered purchase
This company Money Metals has refused to file an insurance claim due to the non-delivery of an order of gold and silver worth $49,849.00. The order was shipped thru UPS which was diverted to another address by UPS without any request from the shipper Money Metals. They refused to file a claim with UPS for the non-delivery of the order. I had to file the claim and end result was that UPS couldn't Guarantee the delivery which was reverted to another address by someone at UPS. The company Money Metals did not have the parcel insured thru UPS and didn't even place a value of the parcel UPS didn't reimburse me for the total loss but sent a check to Money Metals for $100.00. Money Metals refused to file a claim with their 3rd party insurance company. As their vice president told me that they weren't responsible for the loss UPS was. Even though their policy says has that they Guarantee delivery
Desired outcome: The company should have to file a loss claim with their insurance company since there was proof sent to them that UPS couldn't guarantee the parcel was delivered .
