Do Not Trust This Breeder
Very heartbreaking! Do not trust what's advertised or stated.Ms. Basinger cancelled sales agreement contract within 24 hours of scheduled pick up of puppy. Ms. Basinger stated she had “serious concerns wether or not you will be financially able to provide for this puppy".
