T-shirt order
On the 26th of November 2023 I purchased 2 t-shirts from Marci Franc to the value of R2390.99 from their online store... They promised that the delivery would take 2 weeks and no it was not a pre-order... I have tried to reach out to them a number of times regarding my order but no progress has been given to me... I requested for a refund but no one is helping and all management is always unavailable, they even went as far as blocking me from their social media.
The service and treatment I have received from Marci Franc is appalling and distasteful, I'm very unhappy and would like my money back.

I brought a polo shirt at Marci Franc online
I brought a polo shirt XXL at Marci Franc for R1449.98 including shipping on 9th August 2023 around 12h17 and order #1030 was confirmed. They said they deliver in 2 weeks time. I've been emailing & calling no response even on their Instagram page. No communication what so ever why the delay. Their email address [protected]@marcifranc.co.za is not working and telephone number [protected].
