Fraudulent billing practices
I went in November for a "Free" consultation. I spoke with a guy named Sam who told me that I should do my pre-op appointment just in case and that I wouldn't be billed unless I had the surgery. The entire time i felt like i was at a used car lot instead of a doctors office. "We can get your new eyes tomorrow for the low low price of 3, 000 dollars. 0% financing. Money back guarantee. If you come in before January, we'll give you a discount!" I decided not to trust these people with my vision and went to Dr Tylock in Irving (Who is fantastic by the way!) And guess what? I get a bill in the mail about a month later for 150 dollars! I called to protest and got several promises for someone to return my call. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE AND DON'T SIGN ANYTHING!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Liar
I went to David Kleiman after hearing advertising that was completely false. The advertising said a price that was at least half of what they wanted from me after going there for an exam.
