No Tracking for Overnight Shipment
I placed an overnight order with them and didn't receive tracking info. Tried calling customer service and it's absurd that they don't even offer phone support. So the customer service info on the website it a lie and deceiving since it states that you can talk to so called a pro. However it simply gives you a message and sends you a text saying someone will reach out within 48hrs. This is not useful to me after paying $32 more for overnight shipping
Desired outcome: Get my tracking info and the ability to talk to an actual human
Overcharging on orders
I have placed 3 seperate orders from Jenson in the last week (order #6119003,6119003 & 6115493). All of these orders required shipping to Canada and on Jenson i have the price set to CAD. On all of these orders i was charged more than the total of the items ordered + taxes + shipping.
On these three orders based on the prices they advertise on their website vs what i have been charged to my account i have been overcharged by $79.10 CAD.
Desired outcome: I need my account to be credited for the over charges. I would also appreciate some sort of goodwill gesture from Jenson as the onus should not be on me the customer to follow up on their oversight.
