Doesn't work
We purchased a 2009 Grandee in March of 2010. This summer, the circulating pump broke & we had to pay $50 for the service company to come out to fix it. They didn't have the part and wouldn't have it shipped "because it would cost them too much - we had to wait until they had a full truck. Nearly 2 months later, they got the part and charged us another $50 to come back to install it. Now just 2 months later, the spa is broken again - it repeatedly trips the breaker and will not heat up. It's a piece of junk. A prior message to Hot Springs customer service was not responded to

Stay away
We purchased our Hot Springs hot tub in July 2008 from Garden Spas and Pool LLC, Germantown, TN. There is something wrong with the tub because it continues to trip the separate breaker that it is on (located next to the hot tub). Consequently, everytime we want to get in the Hot Tub the water is luke warm at best. They have sent a repairman a few times to...
