I ordered a large Hook & Ladder sub from door dash. On this day, Thursday August 17th. At exactly 1:58pm I found a long red hair in my food. It made me very uncomfortable and feels unsanitary. Neither me nor my boyfriend have long red hair, so it was gross to find one inside my sub. I took a picture of the hair in my food. I will not be eating this sub.
