I am adding to this review to validate what others have written previously, because the reviews are true. I am not sure how I missed these reviews before I purchased, because I certainly would not have purchased from a vendor with so many negative reviews. I purchased paint able raised panel shutters. They looked like plastic. The plastic was filmsy and you could see through. The workmanship was shoddy; there were open seams and gaps on every panel. I $229.62. After complaining, I was permitted to return at my cost. Shipping cost me $56 and I was charged a $80 restocking fee. What I find most concerning is that the company continues to sell a very substandard product under the tag of "made in the USA" and is selling vinyl that looks and feels like hard plastic because what they sell fits the scientific definition of "vinyl". Their product is absolutely poor quality. Shame on them. Under no circumstances purchase custom blinds. They are non returnable, nonexchangable, nonrefundable. In addition, for complaints they must be registered within 72 hours, not 30 days. By, the way note that their shutters are made by perfect shutters.com so beware of them too. Dissatisfied customers must unite!

I ordered composite board and batten shutters from this company and $1, 600 for three pairs of shutters. They arrived a month late and I received poor customer service that entire month when I would call and ask where they were.

They finally arrived and are badly damaged and were not painted properly. I've attached photos. We have a team of contractors that keeps scheduling our job and now once again we will need to pay them for their time and once again reschedule.

We are hoping this company rectifies this problem in an appropriate manner and we are not able or willing to wait another month for the shutters to arrive. Very very disappointed.
