Inappropriate conduct and false diagnosis of Vehicle at Elk Grove Ford Service Dept.
On 12/20/2022 I arrived home in Elk Grove, CA after being away for 3 weeks in another state, caring for a relative. My Ford Hybrid Escape sat for 3 weeks in my driveway; would not start in the cold weather. I called AAA. The AAA Service guy immediately checked the battery and informed me the (regular) battery was fine and did not need charging. AAA towed...

Todays date 09/10/2024 on this day I was suppossed to have appt for brakes to be done they cancel my appt on 09/03/2022 due too works calling out and they told me too bring veh back on 09/10/2022 and they said I have no appt today and the manager said he does`nt have the parts for my veh and they got sold to another customer? Desired outcome: I WOULD LIKE TOO KNOW WHY THEY DID THIS TO ME I`VE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR YEARS WITH THEM BROUGHT 7 VEH FROM THEM?
