DVC review: Customer service and rci system

We have been a happy member of DVC since 2019, but recently we have been facing problems with our membership, last year thru the RCI system we made a reservation in a hotel in England, and because of the pandemic we didn't use and canceled the reservation, at that time we called DVC and make sure that we will by able to use those vacations point this year, as always they were very amicable and give us a positive answer, we will be ably to use those point this year, but last week we decide to go to Florida an start making reservations and I encounter two problems, ours points in the RCI system they don't exist any more, and when I explain what happen last years, the answer was the points had been erase and there nothing DVC can do.
also I try to borrow points from next year and I am only able to use 50% of those point, this new regulation affect my finances, because I have expended more than $6, 000.oo on air ticket, car rental, etc.. and don't have a place to stay, we are only able to use 5 days from the 12 days, we will stay in Florida, I consider unacceptable that RCI erase my vacations points, I complete understand that they are two separate companies and that DVC is not responsible for RCI mistakes, nevertheless, what happened with customer service attention, with the solidarity during this pandemic, where is the corporate responsibilities and force mayor clauses in those contracts, obviously they don't honor there obligations and promises, there is a lack of responsibility and there is not entities or persons that can help us to solve can help us this problems.
