Dr. Squatch Purchased 2 gift sets on Dec 8th from website which stated that items would be received before Christmas

Purchased 2 gift sets on Dec 8th from website which stated that items would be received before Christmas. I then received an email immediately saying that they were experiencing delays but that they were working hard to get orders out. This email also said that order could only be cancelled in first 30 mins after order is placed. (This seems ridiculous, I did not even read the email until about 45mins after order was placed). I trusted that the company would fulfil my order in a few days however on Dec 15 (one week later) I received email stating that they were still working on my order. I emailed to seek clarity that they would still be ensuring my order was received before Christmas however they said they did not know if it would or not. I asked if I could cancel the order and they said No. I then reviewed their website which is currently advertising that orders placed will automatically upgraded to "priority shipping" to ensure Christmas delivery yet my order placed a week earlier they could give me no indication on when it may ship or be delivered. Why are they not sending outstanding orders out or why have them not stopped falsely advertising that they will ship in time for holidays when they are clearly unable to cope with pressures on their system. It was a Christmas product clearly designed for a Christmas gift I will have no use for the product if it is not received prior to Christmas as I will have to now but replacement items. Cancellation policy seems draconian, company is failing customers but unwilling to make it right.

I ordered this as a birthday gift. Birthday is 09/02. I have not received any update at all. Called Customer service...it redirected me to email support. Sent email... no reply. This is unacceptable!

The product is not good, it falls apart. Their shipping doesn't always fulfill orders, the orders they do fill are often wrong, and customer service is slow at best.

I had a subscription with Dr.squatch that I had made the renewal next year. Woke up today to being charged for the order. I was unable to cancel the order because it was processed at 530 am and they only allow 30 minutes for cancellations.

I had purchases about $50 dollors worth of soap and deorderent from the store on the 14th of September. It is now officially 10 days later and my order is still on the processing stage when I check its shipping status. It's say it usually take 1-3 days to get a shipping number it track when your order will be received and it's been 10 days and my order is not changing from processing and they haven't even sent an email about what's going on with my order. So many other people with this same issue makes me wonder what kind of a company can't handle logistics at all.

I ordered a starter bundle from *** on 2/21/22 and received in on 2/25/22. I really liked the hair care products and deodorant the smells were strong an lasted a good amount of time. The soap I didn't enjoy the scents as much so I placed another order on 3/10/22 to get a bundle with all of the soaps (looks like its 11 of the 12) in order to find a soap I prefer most, along with a birthday gift for someone at the end of April. I figured this would be enough time to get the order separate wrap and deliver it. I was wrong as of today 3/28/22 my order is still in processing (18days) i have sent numerous emails an keep getting auto generated emails or emails saying it will be sent out soon. They said I would know by the end of the week (Last Friday) and I heard nothing. My last 4+ messages have went unanswered its becoming a weekly event to send a reply and either not get an answer or get some sort of auto response an adds to purchase more from them. I know people who have ordered after my order that have received their orders. One email they sent offered a $20 dollar off coupon if I made another order? Seriously? i spent $200 and haven't received my order why a coupon? I hate having to contact you because I fear it will complicate or black list any future purchases from them or maybe it might get them to speed up I don't know. looking at similar complaints it appears contacting you has done more than get auto responses with no information, that they have someone in corporate reach out, a real person contact them to help resolve the issue.

Last year, I placed an order with Dr. Squach through their online website on 12/23 for $134.82. My order number is *** and the purchase consists of multiple different types of bars of soap, their Star Wars collection box, and a soap saver holder. My online account on their website states that the order is still being "processed," and I have not heard any information regarding updates on my order or delivery. I have reached out the the company months ago via email, with no resolution or response. At this point, I would just like a full refund for my purchase, being that I have not received my product nor have gotten any assistance on resolving the issue from Dr. Squach.

I don't know what's in this soap but it is a nightmare! I cannot get this soap scum and goop off of my shower! I've tried several products to try and remove it. Even bleach and a scrub daddy sponge! It's clogging up my drain. My shower is tile and less than two years old. I fear that if I keep at it, it's going to destroy the shine. I have a shower stool in the corner of the shower. When I moved it, it looked like someone spray painted around it. A perfect silhouette. I even had my boyfriend put it in a soap scrub sac and still did this. I don't know how bad it would've been if it was not in there.. I'm buying an electric scrubber, I hope it works.

Placed order XXXXXXXX on a certain website which states a 1-3 day timeframe for orders to ship. I reached out to them on August 26, 2022, for an update. The response I received was, 'Thanks for reaching out! We can completely understand your concern with this order. We are very sorry for the delays that have impacted your order! Your order should be heading out soon! Once it does, be on the lookout, since you should be receiving an email from the Doc with its tracking info!' There was no further explanation provided, just an apology for the inconvenience. As of the last check, there has been no update from the company. This issue has occurred on multiple occasions. Not only is the shipping information on the website misleading, but they have also sent incorrect products many times. I have email evidence to support these claims. This company is very poorly managed, consistently leaving customers uncertain about their orders. There are numerous other reviews that corroborate this experience. It is perplexing how this company maintains any positive rating at all.

I placed an order with Dr. Squatch on Aug 19, to the total of $389.30, including express two day shipping. Now, almost 2 weeks later and nothing. I understand waiting a few days for shipping, but not one day shy of two weeks without even so much as a courtesy email "Hey, we are running late," now I had to jump through the hoop (including finding out the customer service call center don't even work) to find out the *** hasn't even received it yet. So now I am requesting my order be delivered to me. I am not asking for a refund, but I am requesting what I paid a good amount of money for

Dr. Squatch I placed my first ever order with Dr

I placed my first ever order with Dr. Squatch 2 weeks ago and I kept checking to see when it would arrive. In April 11, 2022 I was told by Dr. Squatch associate via Chat on their website that USPS tried to deliver it which was untrue as I was home all day and never did they come to deliver my order. I was told that once it leaves the company Dr. Squatch has no control and claims no responsibility for the order which I found shocking the employee offered no further assistance even ignore my messages. I followed up with an employee on there Facebook Page with the same results. I even was contacted through Facebook by a Manager named *** who also directed me to USPS and refused several times to provide me the name and email of the person in charge of Customer Service, he basically ignored my request. It tool 3 employees in a span of 3 hours to turn a first time customer to a last time customer. It was unreal how they wash the hands clean of any responsibility once an order leaves there company. It feels like I was scammed by Dr. Squatch. Now, I'm a cancer survivor and I'm all about all natural products whether food or personal care and I was referred by a fellow cancer survivor friend about the product. I wish I never ordered from them all they did was give me a headache and made me walk all the way to the Post Office when due to my current status i can only walk short distances. If this the way Dr. Squatch treats its customer especially customers with disabilities I rather not spend my money on them and I recommend no one else does either. What a horrible experience I went through.

At the beginning of this year, I began using Dr. Squatch Products. After a few weeks of using the products, it started breaking out my skin. I tried changing the product selection to see if it was the specific fragrances but it was still breaking me out. In May I canceled my subscription and received an acknowledgement that it was canceled. In July they shipped again and billed my account. The company will not correct the issue and is leaving me holding product that I cannot use. They need to stand behind their products and issue a refund.

I bought a pine tar bar of soap last year and loved it so much that I bought 5 more subsequently. They would fill the whole bathroom with a wonderful earthy smell and leave me feeling very clean. But now that I'm down to the final three from that purchase, there is no scent at all. The soap has no smell of any kind and leaves an unpleasant film on my skin after being used. I have to throw away the final three bars. There should be an expiration date on these products if they won't even last a year. It's only July, and these bars are already ineffective.

Ordered a simple set of five bars of soap on July 23rd with 2-day express delivery. The package label was created, but it was still pending availability for the shipping company. I reached out to customer service, and surprisingly, the same representative responded to every email I sent over the following 10 days. I placed another order, which also remained at the warehouse with the label created, awaiting a different shipping company. They indicated that the package had not been released to them yet. This company is failing to dispatch products. The service is unacceptable, and they should not only fulfill the order but also issue a full refund and compensate for the inconvenience. Continuing to not dispatch products is unethical, especially with the multitude of complaints I've seen. This situation is reminiscent of a previous disappointing experience. It's a case of a promising concept marred by a company's inability to deliver, leaving customers in limbo.

I have tried on multiple occasions to cancel my Dr. Squatch soap subscription and as my customer interface to the site shows it appears that it has been canceled. However, I continue to be charged and sent soap that I no longer wish to receive and especially do not wish to pay for.

Ordered the FULL soap line plus the soap saver (~$80), received the shipping confirmation email + tracking on Feb 3.still haven't received product I ordered my product on the first, order #***, on Feb 1. Received a shipping confirmation email on Feb 3, with tracking (***). I allowed a week for shipping, before reaching out. Usps is struggling with their shipping/tracking of some products, but I have order products from other companies, post this purchase, and have already received them. My tracking updates are an absolute joke, where the product "departed" the Hebron KY location on feb 3, and took 6 days to make it to an Atlanta location (now feb 9). This has been where my package is allegedly still sitting. Mind you, I only live an hour and 45 minutes from the usps location, so there is no reason it hasn't been delivered, because at the time of writing this, it is Feb 13. So in an effort to find where my package is, I reached out to their support (feb 11), who firstly told me that shipping takes 3-7 business days, and that I should wait a few more days. Well the product hadn't arrived, so I reached out again, and THEN they had the audacity to tell me that my product wont arrive until feb 17-19, all while my package is apparently sitting an hour away from me. So basically they charged my card, didn't ship the product, lied to me the first time reaching out, provided fake tracking, and then after the second reach out, they give me another week to wait. This is such a scam company, and should be shut down. I honestly can't believe there hasn't been lawsuits filed against them.

I placed an order on 06/21/22 for several items that came to a total of $119.73 i waited for the 1-3 shipping period but not its 07/04/22 and the order is still being processed, at this point i just want to get my items and move on i purchased from them before and there weren't any issues i don't understand what's going on now. I've spoken with customer service but all they told is that my order was taking extra time and i was given a gift card. If there really is a problem with my order then i would at least like a refund

I bought items from this company and never received them I reached out twice and was given a sorry excuse for as to why I never received my items and would like to have this issue fixed with either a refund or an expedited delivery of the items if replaced either way I won't be using this company any more as it is more scheme to bring people in to buy their products but to never get them to the consumer

Product never delivered and been given every excuse under the sun for who, what, and why I haven't gotten my product in a timely manner. I ordered product from this company on December 3rd. Upon ordering date company delivery times stated 3-7 business days with a notation of "minor delays with our order processing time". Tracking the package with the provided tracking info on the 11th things look decent for getting my purchase in time for its intended use of being a Christmas present. December 19th they dropped the bomb and sent out emails "saying you've probably heard, this has been a tough shipping season for everyone" and my product would probably not make it by Christmas. The real dinger is they threw in a marketing zinger with - we are sorry, buy more stuff from us and we will send you a free bar. Talk about salt on a wound. I followed up the offensive "buy more product" email with a slew of emails voicing my objection and wanting to get a true status of my order. After a few meaningless back and forth's I was finally given the truth that it really wasn't the shipping partners faulted as stated on the December 19th email. My product didn't make it t the shipper until the 17th. OK, so it took Dr. Squatch 14 days to process the order and you really can't blame the shipping companies when you don't get them the product until a week before Christmas. NOT COOL blaming the USPS when you face planted the order yourself. My now sits in Kentucky as it has been for 5 days. Somehow it left Kentucky around the 17th, went to Atlanta on the 20th, went back to Kentucky on the 21st and that's where it sits to date... Odd, but that's what tracking info states.

I have repeatedly asked for a refund for an order placed 12/4, billed 12/5, not shipped yet. The company has ignored my request repeatedly. On 12/04, I placed an order with Dr. *** I was billed immediately following on 12/05, in the amount of *** On 12/11, I realized I still did not have shipping/tracking information (even though they already charged me and received the money) for this product & reached out, receiving this reply: "Thanks for reaching out! Due to a high volume of orders, we have been experiencing some slight delays with the order processing window. I just checked your order and it should be shipping soon. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. To make up for this, I've gone ahead and sent you a *** Gift Card." Within 12 hours, I received tracking info. However upon further review, it became clear that only a shipping label has been created. The product has not shipped and still has not shipped. When I purchased the product, I was under the impression it would be here before Christmas. Now I'm being told the estimated date may not be until after Christmas. I have reached out 12/13 and asked for a full refund, expressing no desire to receive the product. I received what appeared to be a form type email back saying if I don't receive the product in time I can just reach out by email afterward and request a refund. I do not want to wait for a refund. They have already charged me for the product that they have not shipped yet, which to me is unethical. I would like a refund immediately on my *** and I would like to cancel my order, like I have expressed several times.

Dr. Squatch In March, I ordered a soap subscription with a cedar block, shipped to my home in BC

In March, I ordered a soap subscription with six bars and a cedar block, shipped to my British Columbia home. Order number hidden for privacy arrived two weeks later, looking tampered with, delivered by an obscure American courier. The soaps were missing, save for the cedar block, likely stolen en route. I contacted customer service, who sent a replacement without addressing the theft or changing the delivery method. I redirected the new shipment to my mother's house in the same city. Order number hidden, sent on March 31st at no extra cost, has yet to arrive after nearly five weeks. My follow-up emails have gone unanswered. I'm holding off on canceling the subscription, seeking either my soaps or a refund, along with a proper acknowledgment of the issue. The attached image shows the delivery status, and tracking on the courier's non-existent website yields no results. A transparent admission of their subpar delivery partner would be appreciated.

Dr. Squatch I ordered from this company on the 23rd of October

I ordered from this company on the 23rd of October . Order # ***. It was $52.24. The *** tracking number is ***. After a week and a half of waiting for my package to arrive, I used the tracking provided to me in the shipping email sent to me and found out that my package was sitting in *** for an excessive amount of time. I let customer service at Dr. Squatch know this and they told me it seems as if my package was lost and they would replace it, free of charge. They told me this on November 4th. 4 days later, i have not received a shipping email on the replacement order and they have went silent on me. They aren't relaying any information on the product that i paid for but aren't getting. *** 4th, I sent an email to customer support saying I'm no longer interested in their product and would like my money back. The customer service tech tried to convince me to accept a 2nd replacement order. At that point, im no longer interested. I told them no, i don't want another replacement order. I just want my 52 dollars back. After I told them I don't want their product anymore, the CS tech stopped responding. He *** even confirm if they were going to process the refund. Just complete radio ***. The reason I'm reporting this is because, what does someone do if a business takes their money, doesn't give them the product they paid for, and then refuses to give them their money back? Isn't that *** I bought something from you, you don't give me what I bought, and you don't give me my money *** that's *** too, lol. These guys literally took money from me and refuse to give it back and I want something done about this.

I ordered from Dr. Squatch (order #XXXXXXX) on November 6th of 2021. After a week or so, they emailed saying that the order was delayed and would "ship soon". I emailed their customer service to find out the issue a few days later when my order was still listed as "processing" on their site. They replied with a standard "form reply" and didn't answer any of my questions. I persisted and kept being told that my order would "ship in the next few days". After a month of repeatedly emailing customer support, they indicated that one of the items I ordered was on backorder. They filed a new order at that time replacing the backordered item with something the supposedly had in stock. The new order (order #XXXXXXX) was supposed to ship out immediately according to customer service. It did NOT. After several days of both orders still being listed as "processing", I wrote another email to customer service indicating that I would like a refund. They said that they couldn't refund my money because the order "has been processed" despite it still being in the "processing" phase on their web site. I viewed their facebook profile and this seems to be an issue with this company, but others are getting results. I have exhausted myself with this. Their customer service has done nothing but outright lied to me on several occasions whether by omission or by telling me something that was altogether untrue. It's now December 23rd and I still have none of my products despite having paid *** when I ordered on November 6th despite being told repeatedly that my order would *** in the next few *** . I no longer want their *** as none of this will arrive in time for Christmas. I want my *** and for this to be *** Thank you.

Dr. Squatch Have had nothing but isssues with the company

Have had nothing but isssues with the company. On 11/6 I ordered 6 bars of soap. To which it took almost a whole month and several messages to customer support to make sure I got the order. When I did get the order one bar was *** so they sent me a new one that got lost in transit so I had to reach out again to have another replacement bar sent. Then I ordered shampoo and conditioner and one of those bottles came with a broken lid so I don't have a lid on it. I showed customer service and was just told thanks for bringing that up. Now I bought a soap bundle for a family member. One of the soaps on that order came broken, so they sent me a replacement no big deal. But now this is where I'm fed up. I placed an order for the limited edition soap bundle and more shampoo and *** as I planned on this being a Christmas gift. I even paid for the more expensive shipping so I could get it in time. That was on *** Now it's *** and the order that soap was on order#XXXXXXX was never shipped with the entire order. I received a random email the day my order was being delivered saying that the limited edition soap was to be sent in a new order along with a new order number and tracking info. As of *** I have not received any new tracking info or order number. Customer service keeps telling me it was delivered when it was not. I have all the email strings to prove it. As a customer who spent *** in 2 months I would not expect this to be the case. All I want is either someone to give me the new order number so I know that what I bought isn't stuck in *** or someone to tell me that the limited edition soap *** will not be coming and issue me a refund. All this while getting emails daily about order now to get your order before *** The items ordered are *** Gifts and some are for a *** family member which is the only gift that person may receive from us. This was also the first Christmas order we made this season and is the only one we haven't *** Their customer service is horrible and the customer service telephone line is just a message saying they aren't able to provide customer service via phone. Why even have a phone number then. I have sent another email asking for a Customer Service Supervisor or Owner or someone that could help me and was told I would hear something within 3 days and it has now been 4 days without a word. I placed an order and paid $80.67 on November 3. The following week I received and email saying that it had fallen out of their typical shipping window and that it would ship soon. Another week went by, so I emailed them asking if there was an issue, and I explained that if there was something backordered that I would gladly cancel that order and order only what I needed at the time. Their reply was that it would ship within the next few days. I waited a few days and then placed another order for what I needed and that order shipped the next day, but my original order still had not shipped. It finally reached a month of waiting and a few more emails back and forth before they informed me that one of the products was out of stock. Their customer service asked what I'd like as a replacement. I told them and she put in a replacement order for my existing order "so it would ship soon". That was almost 2 weeks ago and neither order has shipped. I emailed and told them that I was tired of waiting and that I wanted the orders cancelled and my $80.67 refunded. Their reply was that they could not do that because the order had already been processed and in the same email said that my order was processing. Their website even has both of the orders processing. I emailed asking them which is it? Is it processing or has it been processed? If it's processing, I should be able to cancel it and get my refund. If it "has been processed", then it should have shipped. I also told them that I was discouraged by the weeks of misleading information and being strung along. I again indicated that want my refund because these people clearly have no intention of fixing this issue. Their disregard for my questions and lack of customer service is the worst I've ever witnessed. I want a full refund of my $80.67 and nothing else will do.

Unhappy w/product and completely unhappy with customer service and billing practices. Received email my auto ship payment didn't go thru. I was unhappy with product so didn't want to renew. Logged online to cancel auto ship. Was made to create a whole new account. Auto ship and current orders were not active so there was nothing to cancel. Then charged for auto ship. No number to cancel order. Even tho order was processing, I could not cancel order. Sent email to company that their computer system erred in playing this order as their computer system didn't have an active auto ship for me to cancel so please cancel order and refund account. Was told no. Went back and forth via email with rep who didn't understand my point of the computer system making an error. Rep said that they can cancel orders only within a certain time frame and I said this order should have never been generated in the first place. Rep said he could give me a 20% refund which was actually canceled. So, he gave it to me and then took it away. Checked shipping. Order was placed on 12/23. Shipping on 12/27. There was plenty of time to cancel order. Still the point via email was that their computer system messed up, not me. I'm being penalized for the companies mistake. Sent an email once again asking rep to just do what's right and especially since I never would have reordered a product I was unhappy with in the first place, and according to their 100% "sudisfaction guarantee" they are not honoring their word. They took half of what was in my checking account a day before Christmas. Just make it right. Received an email back asking me to fill out a return form and return the product. I DON'T HAVE THE PRODUCT! According to their shipping it won't arrive to me until January 17. This entire process has been shady and disheartening. I just want my money back.

I placed an order for approximately $150 worth of product on 11/28. All products I ordered were in stock and continue to be in stock as of this writing on 12/15. I have reached out to customer support on 12/10 and 12/14 inquiring when my order will ship as these are needed by Christmas. Both responses from the company stated they don't know when the order would ship. When I responded that a response of "I dont know" is not appropriate and asking them to confirm delivery by Christmas, I didn't get a response back. It's been over two weeks since the order was placed and they can't tell when the items will ship. The company didn't hesitate to charge my card and promptly took payment on the order date of 11/28. To make matters worse, over the past few days I've received marketing emails from Dr. Squatch advertising free priority shipping to ensure delivery by Christmas. How can the company guarantee delivery by Christmas for orders placed on 12/15 if they can't tell when an order will ship that was placed on 11/28. Are they falsely advertising this promise in hopes making a push of propping up sales and recording revenue for 2021? Supply chain issues and employee shortages are real and most have and understanding an empathy toward those issues, myself included. In the case with Dr. Squatch, that doesn't seem to be a valid reason given their current promise of delivery by Christmas for new orders placed now. Lastly, the complaints are legitimate on these boards around shipping and order processing. The company's response indicating they are sorry and are working on that issue is fake. There processing times and shipping is terrible and has been that way for a long time. I continue to try and support this company as they have good products; however it may not be worth the hassle going forward as they have no commitment to their customers.

On 11/27 I purchased an order of products (Soap, deodorant, toothpaste) and was instantly charged *** to my Debit card. Order #*** 11/28- Order confirmation e-mail was received. 12/2- 2nd e-mail from company stating normal 1-3 business day turnaround but asking for a few additional days due to Covid-19 12/6- 3rd e-mail providing tracking number and stating order was packed w/ shipping label created 12/19- A Form letter from *** was received stating they are further delaying shipping my order and offering a free bar of soap as amends *ifI were to spend *** more first. 12/20- I e-mailed them at their CS e-mail (***) seeking to know an update at to when my order would be shipped. I got a robo response back with a non-responsive "orders may be delayed due to Covid-19 and shipping delays) 12/21 I went to their Facebook page and read through dozens upon dozens of other customers expressing similar complaints about orders not being fulfilled and being unable to get a response from the company. I sent them a DM as the company instructed many to do to resolve ongoing issues. I got an auto-response stating I would get a reply within 24 hours. To date I have not gotten a response despite sending a 2nd inquiry yesterday Yesterday my tracking order stated I would get my order delivered in 1-3 days but also that it had not yet been shipped. Today that has change to "Product is ready to be shipped" The product has been ready to ship since Dec 6th. No further action has been taken at their end. There are dozens of other customers also stating they have ordered around the same time as myself and getting zero deliveries and no updates from the company. Meanwhile Dr. *** continues to advertise for more orders.

Bought several bars of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and two candles, totaling a little over $100 on 11/2 (Order #XXXXXXX). Paid extra for two-day shipping. Have been in touch with Dr. Squatch support on 5 separate occasions over the past 4 weeks, trying both replying to initial contact emails and sending separate emails. Initially was broadly told there were some backorders negatively affecting shipping times, but did not receive any specific information as to which of the products I ordered was delaying my shipment. *** nothing but canned (possibly *** from the support staff with generalized "sorry this is happening" responses. Several times I was told my order would ship "soon" and once was even told that I should reach back out in two days if it did not ship. After giving them far more than two days, I finally was *** yesterday, 11/28, that one particular item in my order was out of stock, which broke the chain of seemingly *** responses and gave me a specific detail. However, when I asked if they could replace the item with something else (giving several options from which they could choose), or even send my order without the item, they switched back to the *** response with no real help or information. Over the course of several *** and nearly 5 weeks now, they've refunded my shipping cost and provided me with something like a $30 coupon off my next order, which is why I've waited this long to take real action, but they are still being extremely vague about shipping times (it seems they've now backed away from that "reach out if it hasn't shipped in two days" thing too). From what I can read online, this is an all too common problem when ordering directly from them. I love their *** but I'm on a student's budget and can't really afford to have $100+ of stuff just simply not ship to me because of one *** item. Please replace the *** item and send my stuff.

Dr. Squatch Placed order on December 1 for an undisclosed amount

Placed order on December 1 for an undisclosed amount. The website listed Holiday Shipping Cutoff as "Standard Shipping - Order with standard shipping by 12/11 at 11:59pm PT". Dr. Squatch did not drop my package off to the carrier until December 23. Package was not received until December 28, after the holidays. Because of the missed Holiday Shipping, I requested a refund on December 13 after finding out the package had not shipped and was told it was "immediately processed by the warehouse" so there was nothing they could do, but that they have a guarantee on their product. The guarantee only covers quality, so I opted to file a complaint with my bank instead on December 23. I could not give them as Christmas gifts due to arriving late, so I used them myself. I realized they did not smell as advertised and made my skin itchy. A common complaint found in reviews. I filled out the quality guarantee on January 16, 2022; within the 30 day window. They said since I had an open dispute with my bank that they would not be able to issue the refund. Dr. Squatch continued to take orders on their website, knowing they were behind and could not meet deadlines. They continued to advertise products as available via e-mail, on social media, and on their website. Between December 1 and December 6, I received 9 marketing emails trying to get me to purchase more. They repeatedly posted "last chance" to get your gifts before Christmas. A quick scroll through their customer feedback around Christmas shows the deceptive practices that they used on many customers. They changed the wording on their page from "In rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times, we do not experience stock outs, which can cause a longer delay in an order. If this happens we will do our best to contact you promptly." They did not contact me promptly or let me know the item was out of stock. They sneakily removed this statement from their website. I just want my money back and to know who gave Squatch a PhD.

Of course, you also assume that because youre ordering something doesnt show out of stock well before christmas, itll get her WELL BEFORE CHRISTMAS. A week goes by, 12/3 they send an email that "order has fallen out of our normal order processing window... it should be shipping out shortly. ". Fine, they are probably backed up from black friday. 2 weeks go by and i email them on 12/9 that i have yet to received a tracking number. They explain they are experiencing delays. Email them again 12/13 because though they keep promising itll mail shortly, nothing is changing and they say the same thing again.. On 12/14 i get a marketing email about free priority shipping to receive items by christmas. On 12/16, I reach out again expressing my frustration and again same generic response. I reply and they send out another generic response and calling me a different name which makes it obvious they are just copying and pasting a response. Email them again to follow up on 12/17 and I didnt hear anything until the 20th and what a surprise, SAME GENERIC RESPONSE. I email them again today and again, same generic response. that it will ship out shortly. So i reach out on instagram 12/21 and whoever helped me there, replaced my bundle with the same individual products to "provide a faster shipment" they also said that their system disrupted proper processing when i placed my order? anyways this person says my items will ship and arrive in 2 days at not extra cost.. well here we *** end of day 2 and *** no *** I work hard for my money (money is tight since i just had a baby and just returned to work and have not received a full paycheck. You pour your money into a small company whom you expect decent service from and for them to keep to their word and you end up losing.

Placed an order and have yet to receive it. Despite multiple requests for a refund, they just issue gift cards and refuse to refund my money. I first contacted them inquiring about the shipment, which they promised would occur within 1-3 business days. They later claimed the item had shipped, but the only evidence was a generated shipment label, not actual shipment. I've repeatedly requested a refund, providing screenshots of the tracking page to support my case, but they continue to offer gift cards and empty assurances. Their customer service is unhelpful, only asking for more patience and offering gift cards as an apology for the shipping and processing issues. I've reached out multiple times without any progress or updated shipping information.

My order never arrived and they will not respond to my inquires into the situation for any help or at least an explanation. Order #*** I placed an order from this business on 12/11 for one of there holiday bundle deals. This one in particular was a bundle to buy 11 bars of their bars of soap in each individual scent they offer for the sale price of $57 marked down from the normal $77 this bundle costs. Upon checkout I was informed that shipping may be delayed due to the holidays and may take longer to process and not arrive until the day after Christmas, 12/25. On 12/21 I was notified by email that my order had finally shipped out. One thing that stuck out was that the order as being shipped from Hebron, Kentucky but the company is based out of California. At this point I began tracking the order frequently throughout the next few days only to see no updates, only "Order in transit". Trying to be patient and understanding of how the holidays and effect shipping times especially amidst the pandemic I waited still for my order. On 12/28 I checked the tracking again to see it had been delivered at around 11:30am but the description was confusing. It read: December 29, 11:30 am Delivered, Garage or Other Location at Address *** Your item was delivered to the garage or an alternate location at the address at 11:30 am on December 29 in B. I have never seen this message upon delivery but have had packages left under my steps if it is raining. But in cases like this the postal service always leaves a note describing where they left the package. But there was no note, no package from Dr. Squatch and on this day in particular I got no mail at all. This is when I became frustrated so I checked there shipping FAQ to find that this is normal and to wait 24 from when it says it's been delivered for it to arrive. This was strange also as I have never had this happen with any other delivery. I reached out to them on the 12/30 and 12/31 trying to get some assistance on the matter but have not heard back and I'm a bit frustrated at the situation as I could have ordered their product right from amazon and had it quickly but I decided to go through the source and all that got me was losing $60.14.
