Not refunding my money
Hi,
I was taking my hair treatment at Dr Batra's Pune Aundh branch and at the time I started the treatment they promised me to refund my money if I quit in between of the treatment. Now when I want to quit the treatment they are saying that they have no refund policy. Can someone please help me with it. The doctor's name is Dr NIRANJAN R REVADKAR. Unwanted sms
Dr batras have no sense of sending advertising smses
Ther send sms @ 6. 30 am an spoil the sleep
Even after complaining on their 1800 number they are no able to stop their spam message.
It is really irritating to see more than 3 smses per day for the same advertise.
Inspite of informing 6 time they are not able to stop the messages that they started without subscribing

I have the same problem with Dr.Batras... I have added them to spam filter but it seems that they have many versions of same ### .. like "Dr.Batra" (without space), "Dr. Batra" (with space) etc.. I receive more than 3 SMS/day asking for hair loss.. WTF?
Agree with this compaint.
I am too a victim of this unsolicited advertisement of this so called great Dr. Batra's. They are simply unprofessional. My serveral complaints to them has not yeileded any results, and on the contrary then are sending more SMSes now.
what is the sender id you are getting for SMS ?
