I paid Direct Unlocks to unlock my device, and they claimed to have an unknown process to determine if my device was eligible. After paying the fee, I received an email stating that my unlock codes were ready. However, I was then told it would take 24 hours, then 7 days, and finally, my case was expedited. After all that, I was informed that my device was hard locked and they couldn't unlock it. They suggested that I pay someone else to do it. Although they gave me a credit to use their service on another device, I don't trust this site anymore, so I asked for a refund. After my third email requesting a refund, they sent me a threatening email citing their terms and conditions on Fraud and Deception.
It's frustrating that they took my money for a service they did not provide, and yet they accuse me of fraud. I learned my lesson and will be more careful in the future. I kept all emails of our interactions, screenshots of the messages on the website, and receipts of payment. Maybe one day, someone will file a lawsuit against them.
Overall, I would not recommend Direct Unlocks. Their process is unclear, and their customer service is lacking. It's disappointing that they couldn't unlock my device, and their response was unprofessional. I suggest finding another service that is more reliable and trustworthy.

RIP OFF
UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.
They advertise a price then after purchasing, they tell you that was only step 1 and that step 2 will cost another $45. After another day, they respond and tell you that they could not provide the unlock, but they have a premium service that works better and it will cost another $225, They will NOT issue a refund, but rather they will provide a credit toward their "better" service.
SCAM / SCAM
Desired outcome: I DEMAND A REFUND
iPhone11 unlock
Hello so I recently placed to get my iPhone 11 unlocked first they charged me I believe 29$ and then charged me 45$ then it said I had to wait 6 days for my phone to completely unlocked I did this on a Wednesday so my phone should of been unlocked by that Monday or Tuesday but it wasn’t the email also said I had a 74$ credit towards unlocking another phone I do not want the 74$ credit I want a refund this is ridiculous the job wasn’t even done and I was still charged

Phone unlock
I paid directunlock $87 to unlock my Galaxy S20+ 5G locked to T-Mobile USA
I had a horrible experience. I was charged $87 just for them to come telling me at the end that I need to pay more money because my phone could not be unlocked.
They don't tell you the process or the total amount upfront because they know the game they're playing with people's hard earned money.
The pretended like they're unlocking my phone after charging $87 from my credit card just so that they come 3 days later claiming T mobile did not provide code. This is to make you pay another $203 in the name of Samsung remote technician. They knew exactly what they were doing. Bunch of thieves.
I promise you if you guys don't refund my money it shall not be well with you. I did not pick money on the floor or steal it to pay you guys.
I will not recommend their services ever.
So many red flags I did not see. Don't mind about these good reviews you see here. I don't believe them.
They promised my phone will be unlocked 10mins after I pay. When I paid, a screen came up showing it will take 3 days 21hrs.
After 2 days of wasting my time watching a fake screen, the told me my phone could not be unlocked and I have a reward note of $45 which I have to use and pay them $203 before it expires. What nonsense.
I sent them emails and it's taking forever to reply.
Desired outcome: I want them to refund my money.

Yes I want my money back please what would I do with a credit. You said with the first 35.00 it met the specifications to unlock and told me to be patient. Four days later you responded with it's hard locked. Which the phone was replaced by cricket and warrantied. Then they told me since it was replaced that's considered a new device. If I knew you were going to rip me off I would of taken that money and got it turned on for six months and not use it. Then they will unlock it .
Desired outcome: Return my money since you couldn't accomplish what you said you were going to do. It didn't say nothing about a credit or I wouldn't of even did the transaction.
Direct unlock scam
I went on the direct unlocks website to have my phone unlocked. They advertise that they unlock phones for $28 but when I paid them they said that the payment was only for them to do a background check on my phone’s serial number and that I needed to pay $37 more for them to unlock my phone. I ended up paying them $76.50 and they didn’t unlock my phone, and now they are refusing to refund my money.
Desired outcome: They simply took my money and don’t want to give it back.
I used simunlockpro.com services. They unlocked my locked cell phone successful
Beware they have taken money from me and could not unblock my phone after1 month of stringing me along, NO refund just a useless credit for their services that did not work for me the first time.
