Design Rush reviews and complaints

I am writing to express my disappointment with DesignRush and its unethical behavior. After leaving a legitimate review of Efir Media on their platform, I was contacted by a representative requesting additional proof of my experience. Despite providing the requested evidence of my valid project with Efir Media, my review was removed while Efir Media was allowed to post five fake reviews themselves.

Not only is this unethical behavior by DesignRush, but it also violates their own terms and conditions. Specifically, section 11(e) states that they will not "be likely to deceive any person." By allowing Efir Media to post fake reviews on their platform while removing legitimate negative reviews, they have deceived their users and violated their own policies.

It is also alarming that Efir Media had no reviews on DesignRush prior to February and suddenly has five, all of which were posted within three weeks in February. These actions suggest that DesignRush may be accepting bribes and removing legitimate negative reviews in exchange for positive ones.

I urge DesignRush to take immediate action to rectify this situation and restore legitimate reviews on their platform.
