On July 1st I paid Tracy Morgan representing cozy molly frenchies $1050.00 for 11 week old puppy named Brody, who they had listed on their website thru CASH APP they used the name to send money to which was $Frankigrace. Then on July 2nd I received a text message from pet express logistics stating that in order for the puppy to be transported I would need to pay $1, 150 to Tracy Morgan whom they have had an existing account with pet express for a temperature controlled crate, that would be refunded once the puppy arrivedUnfortunately I paid it at 10:00 am on July 2, I texted Tracy who assured me everything was fine. At 5:00 pm I received another text stating the puppy was being held in Houston Texas due to the fact no pet insurance had been purchased for the flight. I texted back and was told without the insurance being paid the puppy would be sent back to Amarillo Texas. I frantically tried to call as well as text her but have yet to be contacted by her or anyone from pet express. Here is the information I was given
