On 17 of November 2023 I have ordered a woollen coat at Cotosen website [protected]) and because the tracking stopped I cancelled it and requested a refund only to then receiving something that look like cheap scrub Product looks NOTHING like on the website! I received small package with some piece of white fabric with some colour to it on the outside. Rather then a woollen winter coat.

I haven't heard anything from the seller after months of trying to get the order completed. Please fill my ORIGINAL order or start the refund process.
Please follow the email thread which will clearly show that there is no movement on a resolution.
Please attend to this in the next three days or I will have no choice but to dispute the charge and NEVER order from Cotosen again.
Your customer service has a LONG way to go and for that reason, I will do whatever it takes to have my order fulfilled

Non Responsive - Wrong Items - No Refunds
Don't be fooled! Their website has great marketing but BEWARE!
I placed several orders at various times over a couple of weeks. I received items I didn't order and items in sizes I didn't order! This appears to be a real bait n switch based on their inventory. After several email exchanges with their customer service, they instructed me to mail the returns to:

I sent the return to the address as requested and included the original order forms, order numbers, the items, and the emails from their customer service people authorizing me to return and to whom. Now after weeks on no communication I made serval inquiries only to have their customer service person say they need my tracking number to ensure I sent it to the right place. I have made 3 requests to have contact info for their customer service supervisor. Ignored. Silence. Nothing.

I have been ripped off by this company with false advertising and the items sold are nothing of the true likeness of what they are meant to be selling. I ordered from this company to be worried about the quality of their products. I have counted them and they have not responded and are not interested in my complaint. I opened a case with PayPal and they told me to resolve it with the company.
How can something be resolved if you don't get communication from them?
I escalated this again with Paypal and again Paypal went in their favour. l HAVE BEEN SCAMMED and the worst part is that Paypal doesn't get it.
I am so angry blatantly been ripped off by them.
Everything I read online is bad towards COTOSEN and seems like they just keep getting away with this.
THIS IS FRAUD IN MY EYES
