bad/rude customer service
I'm Extremely disappointed in the service I encountered at Coffee Club in Westfield Kotara. I have been to Coffee Club many times before and have really enjoyed my meals which is why I keep going back.
My day ended with the waitress and chef calling security on me, for simply trying to get the meal I asked for. I ordered cheesy toast and sausages as a kids meal for my daughter, which is what I always order. Chips was not served with the meal as usual, so I went to counter and asked for the chips, they told me I was wrong and that chips doesn't come with the meal, so I asked for another meal instead of that, they refused to get me another meal unless I payed for it.
To top it off I realised my daughter didn't get her drink so I went back and asked for it, and the guy that worked there said it would cost me another $2 to get a drink when I never got one with my meal. He said I said I didn't want one, which I never said. When I tried to explain to the chef what was going on I was told by staff to leave because they were calling security.
Security came and I had a chat to them about what was going on and they left me with Centre Management's number. I hope to at least have somehting said to the staff about the way I was treated, I've never felt so embarrrassed and awful after such an incident.
I left without even putting a dint in my meal, before I was asked to leave. I never got my money back, and never got to eat my meal.
Coffee Club at Westfield Kotara... never again.

poor service
AS A REGULAR PAITRONT OF THE CALOUNDRA COFFEE CLUB I AM AWARE OF THE USUAL GOOD SERVICE AND QUALITY OF FOOD, BUT TODAY WAS VERY DISAPOINTING! i WAITED 25MINS FOR A TEX MUFFIN WHILST MY COFFE WAS DELIVERED 15 MINS BEFORE LUKE WARM, I HAD FINISHED MY COFFE WHEN MY MUFFIN ARRRIVED AND THERE WAS A PILE OF CHOCOLATE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CUP WHICH IS NEVER USALLY THERE I ASKED THE MATIRED IF THIS WAS RIGHT AND SHE SAID IT DEPANDS ON THE DAY! I AM VERY UPSET AS I USALLY FIND A GOOD SEVRICE AND A GOOD QUALITY.
