City of Cleveland Division of Water Customer service

Water and sewer company of Cleveland Ohio. Today I walked in to get information about restoring services, before I could explain myself I was call a liar and at that point I gathered my belongs to remove myself from the ignorance. I then asked the customer service rep may I have you name please. I was told oh no I’m not giving you my name to try and call anybody on me. I then went to exit the building as I’m walking out (Kaitlin) continued to yell I didn’t call you a liar.This is the first time that I ever walked into the facility and I would like to have Ed and Peggy Galick to come visit with me they are only across the street and that way we can be treated like American Citizens instead of human garbage that they get a kick out of being disrespectful.

Desired outcome: She should be reprimanded in a way that she understands what customer service is.
