It's a huge scam. I completed the course and checked all requirements for my computer. When it came time to take my test, the program would not launch. I continue to get the run around from customer service agents via email. The course material itself is poorly written. A lot of the material is redundant. I purchased the NYS Real Estate 22.5 hour CE classes. When I went in to take my classes I see they have expired. My request to extend the date was denied.
The NYS requirements require that the 22.5 hours be completed within 2 years of licensing. Why would this company not honor its commitment to provide the classes that I paid for? I'm sure there is something in the fine print - but seems that this company is stealing money.
